Sim Hotel

We planned to relax in Istanbul and the only hotel in terms of price / quality and reviews was Sim Hotel almost in the center of Istanbul. As a result, upon check-in, we were placed in the wrong room, ours was busy and we lived in a cramped room for 2 days. The room was dirty, the air conditioner was just hell: I have not seen such a layer of dust on the filters for a long time. As a result, on the second day after cleaning, I lost 700 dollars out of 1300 that I had with me. We watched with the guidance of the camera and it is clear that except for the maid, who for some reason came into our room several times, there was no one there except us. They talked to her several times, but she did not confess and denied everything. After moving to another room on the 3rd day, our adventures did not end: dust and dirt under the beds, on the closet and in the air conditioner were appropriate. A few days later, we smelled a rotten smell in our room and soon found a dead egg under the refrigerator. As a result, after that they did a general cleaning of the room. Breakfast at 3-: the food is monotonous, synthetic sausage, like coffee. Bottom line: we expected 4+ out of 5, it turned out 3- out of 5. I recommend the management to go through all the rooms, wipe off all the stains, and systematically clean up with high quality, and diversifying the breakfast menu is very simple: stop saving and people will be drawn to you.
