It’s definitely not like how it’s on the picture. Reception staff is very rude. I booked VIP deluxe but it was worse than standard, couldn’t believe my eyes therefore couldn’t take the pictures as I was really shocked then they changed the room but it was very dirty as well. Jacuzzi wasn’t working, had difficultly opening and closing the door of the toilet, duvet cover was smaller than duvet, the windows were shouldn’t be see-through but they were, fridge was broken etc. Do not book for this hotel because you can’t get your money back as well.
