It was a great place to relax and take some rest

Even though I arrived in the morning, they checked me in, which was very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I paid on the Ctrip platform to book a room for 3 days and then renewed it for 4 days. When I left, I was still charged for the room. The boss even told me that he had not received my money and would not let me leave until I paid. Oh, how can you succeed if you want to blackmail me? It’s not like I’m out here for only a day or two.

Great location, late check-in available. For a small additional payment we were upgraded to a single room, for which we thank you very much. The room was quite cool, that's the only negative.

The owner of this shop is very good. Although it is average, it is clean inside.

Following a booking with an obvious typing error, reported promptly (within 12 hours), the property deemed it right to withhold the entire amount of the four-day booking, not even granting a voucher that can be spent in the correctly desired period. I am aware of the clauses of the structures but I believe that courtesy and respect for customers are the basis of trust in the tourist service. It is clear that a hotel structure that makes use of every quirk in its possession in order not to meet the needs of its customers is not worthy of offering itself as a service to tourists but can be counted among the common traps for foreigners visiting, doing injustice to the renowned hospitality of the Turkish people. Given my decades of experience as a traveller, I therefore urge you to be wary of the petty management of this hotel.
