This hotel is amazing!!! The cute guy at the front desk was really helpful, helped us to figure out our Istanbul card and we realized that we were cheated at the airport. Overall, the room is quiet and clean, we had good night sleep without any noise. The hotel is nearby the Taksin street, convenient for everything!!!

0 customer service. Receptionist is useless. Towel not provided properly. Leftover water in kettle when check in. Last night stay room was not cleaned and does not bother to make it up except offer breakfast. Have to ask for towel and they dont like to reply your whatsapp. Avoid this hotel at all cost unless u really want to take photos in the lobby , period. Good design in lobby but thats it. Ruin my instanbul trip. Get other proper chain hotel as many more choices around this price range.

Everything about this hotel is superb. The location is great cause you don’t have to sweat much if you want to go to Taksim, just 5-7 min away. When I arrived to this hotel it smells really good and I was greeted nicely by the receptionist. When I checked in my room which is the duplex unit, I was surprised of how spacey and amazing it is. Its more than what I expected cause usually the hotel that is nearby Taksim will have small room and only basic amenities. And for the price it’s totally worth it. I will definitely stay here again if I’m back in Istanbul.

This time I had a great experience staying at Emir Friend Hotel in Istanbul. I originally only wanted to book one night, but when I checked in, the front desk staff, Huseyin, was patient and enthusiastic, and provided butler-style service. I was really surprised to experience such high-quality service in a foreign country. I really didn't expect that many five-star hotels didn't have such service, but I could feel it here. I was very satisfied with the management system of the Friend Hotel, and it really felt like home. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the attractions, the room is quiet and comfortable, and has a special design style. I originally booked only one night, and then booked ten nights. It is a very good hotel and recommended.

A large bed in a spacious room!
The closet was also spacious.
There was even an iron and ironing board.
I only used it to sleep, which was a shame.
The location was good, but it took about 15 minutes to walk to the shuttle bus stop, which was a bit tiring while pulling a suitcase^^;
Plus, there was a slope in front of the hotel...(´；ω；｀)

I like the hotel very much. It is in the alley next to Independence Street. The location is very good, the environment is good, the photos are beautiful, and the price is acceptable.
