It looked like a fairly old hotel, and the facilities and service were good. It was a very suitable hotel for business trips, and sightseeing was not too difficult as the metro bus stop was close by.

Overall, I was really happy with the service at the hotel. The cleanliness, the staff's attitude and help, and the location were all great. It was a nice touch that they left water in our rooms every day. I also appreciate that they called a taxi when needed and didn’t keep us waiting. Plus, they were super quick in solving any needs or requests, which was really nice.

*The hotel offers spa and massages, however, we had an appointment at 20:00 for a hammam and a 60-minute massage and were waiting more than one hour, and still wasn't our time. They tried to delay with all sorts of excuses, but in the end they admitted, that some of the customers wanted to extend their massage so they just let us wait, If we wodn't leave, after waiting for more than one hour we would wait one hour more (we saw when those people came out). The price was higher than listed on the coupon, waiting for us in the hotel. *AC was not reliable and was not working 1/3 of the time, which is not good if there is 35 degrees outside *They offer a valley service because the traffic there is pure chaos. The valley is extremely rude, and when he brought the car back, it was damaged on one side. After a confrontation, he was yelling at us, so I went to the reception guy. He went with me to check the damage (I showed him the pictures before I left the car with them and how it looks now). He said, that's nothing, you can clean this away, and he left, even though, the damage is 40cmx40cm big and needs to be repainted. *I'm staying at approx 30 hotels per year (business), and this was the worst breakfast I had. All the juices were warn, not in the fridge, the same goes for the butter and other milk products. There was no water to drink and the choice was very, very poor.

i have ask for invoice since one month and they havent send it to me yet.They tell me different excuses all the time but they dont send me the invoice i need for my company.booking has also call them but nothing.

This hotel is way overpriced for the service it offers. The rooms are very small and the toilets are totally not equipped. The worst thing in this hotel though is the reception, the receptionist is very uncooperative and never offers any help. They never smile or greet. We asked the reception multiple times for a taxi and never cooperated with us. Make sure if you book a room here without a breakfast, because it’s totally not delicious and it’s every day the same thing.

I stayed 3 nights, old hotel, stuck in the 80s/90s... pillows very high and hard as marble, guaranteed cervical pain.... my room was located near a motor that worked every night... the TV only had Turkish and foreign channels... but there was no trace of Italian channels... breakfast included.... but forget it... go to the Bar.... all organized by a supposed Clinic with FAKE Doctor SAMET ERGEN - (from checks carried out HE IS NOT A DOCTOR!!!) ELITISTABUL... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.... RUN AWAY!!!

hotel that does not deserve its 4 stars. rooms with wallpaper torn and glued back together with tape. rusty shower head, moldy shower seal. blocked water drains. the staff is not interested, unpleasant, and impolite. breakfast: coffee machine turned off throughout the services, instant coffee instead, the rest of the food is recycled. Water leak at the reception with buckets. Housekeeping done in a hurry, when the staff does it at 4 p.m. when we were in the room. We told them several times to do it. damp walls in the room on the shower side.
