This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, and I travel a lot. The service was incredible. I have never experienced a more friendly and professional staff. Lovely hotel, so beautiful, spacious rooms and the staff above all were amazing. Highly recommend to stay here if visiting Istanbul.

Facilities: The leather of the bedside bag in this hotel is very sharp and hard. I bumped into it when I checked in on the first day, and my knee was injured and bleeding. Then the light in the closet was always on and would not go out by itself.
Service: The service was very timely. After I told them about the problem with the light the next day, it was fixed. They also gave me sleeping gummies, which was good.

I originally wanted to spend more money to see the panoramic city view, so I booked this room type, but the hotel gave me a 2nd floor, and the window was a building on the peninsula, which affected my travel expectations. The location is in the new city, convenient for travel, just walk to Galata Tower and Independence Avenue. The location is excellent. Next to the Tophane light rail station, it takes two minutes to walk directly to the newly opened galatapot. It is located between the new town and the old town.
