The hotel is very dirty. First of all the whole hotel should be renovated. The morning tea was not drinkable at all, the corridors were not cleaned during our stay. I don't see any need for other guests. staff was not friendly

Chambre miteuse, pas de double vitrage, elle donne sur le périphérique, les voitures, les camions, sont au "bord du lit". Nous n'avons RIEN dormi de la nuit. Une lampe ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain, on ne voit rien, moisissure au plafond. La TV ne fonctionne pas et pas d'eau chaude. Bref... à fuir !

De hygiëne en vriendelijkheid ontbreekt. We hadden een suite room met jacuzzi geboekt. Toen we in onze kamer binnenkwamen roken we gelijk een sigarettenlucht. Alle suit rooms bleken rokers kamers te zijn. De badkamer was niet schoon. In de hoeken zag je viezigheid liggen en de randen en hoeken van de jacuzzi waren ranzig. Dit aangegeven bij de receptie en gevraagd om schoonmaak. Ze gaven aan dit te op te pakken en toen wij in de avond in onze kamer terugkwamen, zagen we dat er niks was schoongemaakt. Zeepresten bij de wasbak en helemaal niks schoongemaakt, nog steeds een vieze vloer met viezigheid. Alleen de handdoeken waren vernieuwd. De ontbijtzaal was erg luidruchtig en niet netjes. Er zaten veel mensen slonzig bij met badslippers. Niet wat je verwacht bij zo’n groot en ‘luxe’ hotel. Echte afrader!

Mükemmel bi konaklama geçirdim seminer için gelmiştim. Çarşaflar temiz kahvaltıları aşırı güzeldi hamam bölümüne girememiş olsam da bakmıştım aşırı hoşuma gitti ve temizdi çalışanlar çok ilgili uygun fiyatlı mükemmel bi otel diyorum

Florya bölgesinin en iyi fiyat / performans oteli.Dogukan Bey de otelde çıkabilecek küçük sorunları en kısaca sürede çözen ilgili bir yönetici.Defalarca tavsiye ettim hiç pişman olmadım.Bir sonraki İstanbul seyahatinde de tercih edecegim
