完全低於預期，一點服務都沒有
早餐的種類少的可憐🥹
衞生間沒有插座🔌，無法插吹風機
酒店周圍也沒有什麼地方可以去
我看別人説酒店有ferry可以送客人到對岸
可是我們問的時候，reception説讓我們自己打車他們安排不了
每一個人的服務態度都很差啊
問他們晚飯的事，沒一個人能説明白

房間整體還可以，在伊斯坦堡郊區，旁邊是個小漁村別有風光，非常舒服。不過因為住的人不多，所以有的設施維護的不是特別好，住一兩天足夠了，住久了沒啥玩的。

酒店位置很特別，在距離伊斯坦堡30分鐘車程的小鎮上，一個古宅改建的酒店，前面的海上能看到來往黑海的船衹。風景非常好，精華在於酒店的山上。服務給瑞吉比起來，差了幾個檔次，反正我們升級付費了房間，還能討價還價的。服務人員挺懶的。喜歡抽雪茄的客人會很喜歡這裏，有陽台，有很多户外坐着的點，在美麗風景裏抽雪茄太爽了。

從辦理入住的歡迎儀式，到進入房間看到的海景，都非常驚艷。酒店處處都是美景，非常值得打卡的酒店！總經理也出來welcome，服務到位，低調的奢華
可惜意大利餐廳沒開，體驗了SPA，但覺得性價比不高
