Better than the previous hotel! But this look really can't be considered a hotel, it can only be a small nest for staying. It feels like a rental house.

This is a very nice hotel for the price. The room is larger than other hotels nearby.
One downside is that it smells a bit like cigarettes. They say it's a non-smoking room, but it looks like someone is secretly smoking in the room.
And the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

Great staff, very helpful. Great value for the money paid, in a great location but did have to climb a quite steep hill to reach main area of Istanbul, although only 15 minutes walks with very nice restaurants and atmosphere around. Very clean hotel with decent breakfast, very enjoyable stay.

During my stay, every day was fun here. There is an area where you can sit and drink coffee and tea on the lobby floor. Staff are friendly and helpful. They are always ready to help for you at the facility.

The most terrible hotel we have been to in Turkey and Istanbul. 1. Poor location from public transport, taxis cannot stop right outside the hotel 2. Terrible rooms. Wooden windows from which there is blowing from all the cracks. In December, the temperature in the room is the same as outside. The air conditioner for heating did not work, the staff promised that the battery would work, it didn’t work, they changed the room, everything is the same here 3. Narrow spiral staircase, impossible to climb with suitcases and children 4. Poor breakfast. The semi-basement room floods the tables when it rains. There are no cleaning staff. Coffee is only for money and there is no one to prepare it 5. The staff is not in their places Never stay in this hotel, the worst place.

It was dirty and they didn't take good care of us, despite it being 7:00 p.m. they didn't have the room ready, we left, we came back 3 hours later and it was still not there, I went into the reception to get my clothes and took the duvet **** used and we were left without a duvet, terrible!

During the 3 weeks in Istanbul I lived in different hotels, I can say with confidence that I will return to this hotel with pleasure! The room was spacious, there were many sockets. The most important thing is that it was quiet ❤️ Beautiful view from the window. Even though I lived alone, there were sets of towels for two))) There was no hairdryer in the room, I told the reception and they brought it 10 minutes later. The staff is polite and pleasant. There was also a spacious sitting area ala a kitchen on the ground floor where you could smoke, many tables, heating lamps, a kettle, dishes, a refrigerator, and I often sat there drinking tea.
