Breakfast is simple, varied, but sufficient. A freshly prepared meal can be provided on request, for example omelet of various types. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly, they even helped us drag our suitcases to the taxi, which parked 200 m away from the hotel due to the crowd. WiFi excellent. The street is relatively quiet, the windows keep out all the noise, and they also have curtains with which the room can be completely darkened. The air conditioning is independent and can be regulated. House slippers and robes. The biggest benefit is a small refrigerator in which you can place your own drinks and food. The beds are comfortable. Tram about 200 m, and Marmaray 100 m from the hotel. Many restaurants in the area.

Great wee hotel in the perfect location for exploring the old part of Istanbul. Close to main sites, nice restaurants and bars. Very clean, comfortable beds, fridge in room. The staff were kind and very helpful, an asset to the hotel. Thanks for a lovely short stay.

The hotel was perfectly clean, the bed was very large and super comfortable, location is perfectly situated for the main old part of the city near the mosques etc. and right by major transport links. The staff are all super helpful and nice, especially a gentleman called Kursad and the gentlemen helping serve breakfast every morning - which is also great. Really enjoyed the stay.

Let’s start by the staff - kind, helpful and always smiling. We absolutely loved the hotel, comfortable and very central with only few meters away from main attractions. Thank you to all the staff in Barbera for making our first trip to Turkey so warmly welcomed.
