The location is nice, it is pretty close to Bosfor and to the historical part of the city. My room was super-tiny actually :) breakfast is not splendid but ok

Das Hotel ist ganz schlicht. Es ist sauber und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter und der Chef sind sehr nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist neutral, da zwar direkt vor der Haustür eine Bushaltestelle ist aber zu der Straßenbahnhaltestelle muss man knapp 1 km erstmal laufen. Für eine reine Übernachtung ist es gut, aber die Zimmer sind wirklich klein. Frühstück war okey aber nicht übermäßig. Blick von der Terrasse auf dem Dach war schön aber keine Bedienung aktuell.

Отель находится в 15 минутах ходьбы от метро, автобусная остановка в 2-х минутах от отеля.
Персонал очень вежливый и готов помочь во всем. Номер небольшой но все необходимое есть. Полотенца меняют ежедневно. За такую цену отличный вариант.

Very bad and I stuck in the reservation. I booked for the next 4 days from 1st to 5th January but apparently I can not leave the hotel. They will not refund and I am not feeling safe here. I think you are doing a very bad business and locate very bad hotels and giving hi rate for them to cheat the people. Please. I want to leave the hotel today, cancel my reservation and be refunded. You as aHotel-com, you do not answer too.. Please I need a solution.

Staying here now, Me and My Friend .Great service on Reception, Friendly and helpful. The breakfast is homemade and tasty. Good location and great view from terrace. Rooms are clean and provide all you need. The only issue is the steep hill to climb when you are coming back from a day of sightseeing. Book this hotel, you won't be dissapointed.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, give information/advice when asked and arrange airport transfer to suit your needs.
Alhough the rooms are cleaned daily, that doesn't seem to include dusting, sweeping or mopping.
They only serve breakfast, which is adequate and typically Turkish, though minimally varied.

We had a really good stay at biter hotel The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing
They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early or late. The staff at this property are all great!
