I really liked the tranquility of the hotel. The hotel staff were very polite. We had a very good night and I am happy with my choice.

The hotel has a very nice location. The staff is very professional, polite and friendly. 
It is a peaceful place with its nature and environment. It has a very beautiful view.
The rooms are very nice, authentic and have a different atmosphere. 
The breakfast is satisfying and rich, and there are incredibly delicious options for your dinner choice.
If I want to visit Büyükada again, it will definitely be my first choice.

Отличный отель. Пешком недалеко до платного пляжа. От станции парома неспешная прогулка 20 минут. Очень тихое место. Понравилось. 
Отличный завтрак. Когда нибудь вернемся.

Excellent hotel. Walking distance to the paid beach. It's a leisurely 20-minute walk from the ferry station. Very quiet place. Liked.
Great breakfast. We'll be back someday.

Очень красивый отель и территория, жили в бунгало, замечаний к номеру нет! Завтраки вкусные. Единственное персонал не разговаривает на Английском, про русский молчу. При заселении не было воды и полотенец, приходилось не один раз идти просить чтобы принесли. В первый вечер не было горячей воды. Мы пребывали там три дня. К слову, это очень много не рекомендую ехать на такое количество дней. Уезжали рано утром до завтрака, спросили собрать боксы, но нам отказали. Идеально было бы если на территории отеля был бассейн, место позволяет)))

Otelde kalmadığım için otelin lokasyonu ya da konforu hakkında bir yorum yap(a)mayacağım. Ancak işletmesi ile ilgili birkaç kelime etmesem olmaz, bu otelde kalmayı düşünen arkadaşlar da bunları dikkate alarak hareket etsinler. Arkadaşlarla birlikte adada sevdiğimiz bir otelden yer ayırtmak istedik, dolu olunca kendilerinin önerdiği bu otel ile iletişime geçtik. Geçen perşembe günü fiyat teklifi aldık, yarısını kapora olarak ödeyeceğimizi konuştuk anlaştık, bütün bunların whatsapp yazışmaları da var. İzinde olduğum için transferi dönünce pazartesi günü yapıp dekontu whatsapp'dan yolladığımda fiyatın bu sabahtan itibaren (yani konuşmamızdan 2 iş günü sonra) artık anlaştığımızın %25 üzerinde olduğunu söyleyen bir cevap aldım. O gün kapora yatırmadığım için teklifleri geçerliliğini yitirmiş, kaldı ki kaporayı o gün yatırmam gerektiği aksi halde rezervasyonun iptal edileceği bilgisi ne sözlü ne de yazılı verilmemişti. Yoksa izindeyken hallederdim. Müdürle görüşmek istedim, böyle bir şey için müdürü rahatsız etmemeleri gerektiği yönünde talimatları olduğunu söylediler! Israr edince müdürü ile konuştuğunu ve %25 daha fazla ödemezsem otelde kalamayacağımı ilettiler, ben de tabi ki böyle bir ticari muameleyi kabul edemezdim. Havale yaptığım tutarın iadesini beklerken bu yorumu yazıyorum. Kendilerine de bu durumu yorumlarda paylaşacağımı ilettim, siz nasıl uygun görürseniz dediler. Burayı tavsiye eden kişilere de gerekli bilgilendirmeyi yaptım. Güzel bir otele benziyor ancak iletişim felaket.
