Nice hotel, all the amenities were there, close to the center, the reception was friendly

Everything is fine, but in three nights you won’t get much done. Wifi is weak. Center of Istanbul. a bit expensive There is a lot to see. The streets are narrow and vehicles have difficulty moving. There are many Russian-speaking tourists. The employees understand Russian.

Everything's OK! The location is within walking distance from Saltanahmet Square, next to the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. For an additional 350 liras, paid on the spot, we were given a room on the 2nd floor, not in the basement. The room is clean and comfortable, good bed with a comfortable mattress, towels and shower amenities, everything is up to standard. Pleasant and helpful staff, speaking Russian. The location is excellent, the staff speaks Russian, at first we were put in the wrong room that we had booked, but after talking with the admin the next day we were moved to a room with a sea view and a larger one (we booked for 3, but were given a 4-bed room). In terms of cleanliness, minus, the towels were changed (or rather, ours were not fresh, they were folded), the floors were not washed (although I asked the cleaning lady), there was a kettle in the room, good Wi-Fi, a TV (but we still couldn’t figure out how to turn it on), optional you can ask for an iron for free, breakfast is a buffet, nothing fancy, but you can eat, special thanks to the guys working for Emin, Ali, Islam and Jihangir, cheerful and helpful guys! Good location, however we reserved two rooms during the same reservation and we were put at two completely different ends and refusal to change on the part of the hosts.

The front desk staff is friendly and reassuring. The hotel and front desk were in different locations, but there was a signboard to guide us so we didn't have any problems. It's not perfect, but for this price I'm satisfied.

I took a standard room on the 4th floor. I couldn't find the remote control for the air conditioner. There is no kettle in the room, no glasses. The bathroom smells like sewage. The sheet is small, not tucked under the mattress, and slips off. The night light switch under the livestock's pillow may accidentally turn on at night right in the eyes. Overall it needs renovation.
