Excellent place to stay. Very central to many of Istanbul attractions. The rooms are comfortable and of good standards. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and professional. I can’t thank the staff enough for their assistance in making our stay a memorable one, especially Abdul Rahman, Mateen, Memet, Ali, Atakan and the team leader Ozgur.

The hotel is totally different from theyr pictures! The apartment was really a misery and different from what we booked. When we entered the apartment was different from whats we book, dirty, there was a bad smell and smoking smell, even if they saw there is a child in the reservation. We told them that we can’t stay in that apartament and that we want a refund! They said they will talk with the manager but they mark us as no show on the app. I will upload some pictures with the apartment and the walls. The guy from the reception was there with us when taking the pictures!

A wonderful stay here for me and my partner. The staff were so welcoming and helpful even allowing us to print some important documents at reception. The room itself is very spacious and clean with a fridge, safe, and washing machine. The furniture is very modern and comfortable with a large TV on adjustable stand. We really enjoyed our stay and will be returning again as the location is ideal, the cost is fair and the staff were amazing.
