Beyazit Palace Hotel Reviews

The hotel is located near Istanbul University, in the middle of the shopping district. It's a bit hectic around, but the location is actually quite good — near the metro, you can also walk to the sights. The hotel is pleasant, well maintained, there is an elevator. Our room was very small, we took a room for three, a big minus — the beds were placed so that you had to literally squeeze between the wall and the other bed to the far one. But at the same time, the beds themselves are comfortable, the air conditioner is working properly. There were no problems with hot water. Breakfast is served on the terrace with a nice view of the sea. The breakfast itself is an ordinary Turkish one, not too varied, but there is some kind of food choice. There is Wi-Fi, but it works extremely unstable.

Rooms, services and breakfast are all good. But the bathroom is small especially the toilet area. We booked the family room, and I'm big size weighing 80kg and it is very squeeze to use thei toilet

Rested in this department from 17 to 24 March. All liked it. Location, breakfast, rooms with heating, which is important for wet and rainy weather. Will we visit this hotel again - yes.

Very nice hotel and very well located (near the tram and the metro), Grand Bazaar 5 - 10 min walk… Really welcoming, warm and friendly staff. Varied and plentiful breakfast. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Very nice staff, hotel was not what I was expecting. Not a great area or hotel for older guests. There are name brand hotels not far from this hotel that are not that much more money. We loved the city, and the staff here is very nice.

The staff at the facility was very helpful and supportive. However, the property did not meet our expectations in terms of accommodation and surroundings. For the price one could get a better facility in the same area.

Stayed here for our second time in Istanbul and I don't think it will be my last. The cleanliness and comfort could not be faulted! Good Wi-Fi, easy user freindly air conditioning - perfect service from the very helpful staff and well informed staff. The only thing that could improve was the breakfast - but had we been their earlier they would have probably had more choice. The hotel is ideally located in Beyazıt distirct of Istanbul - just a short walk from the grand bazaar and very close to public transport. The value for money at this hotel is superb.

Super little hotel with incredibly helpful staff. They could not have done more to make us feel welcome. Great location and spotlessly clean. Rooftop terrace restaurant had lovely views and the hotel was quiet and rooms very comfortable with great air con.

The hotel is perfectly situated for shopping and exploring. The tram is a 5 minute walk away, the grand bazaar is a 10 minute walk. Breakfast has been perfect every day, and the nights are very quiet. The staff, make staying here an amazing experience, and go above and beyond to help, however they can. This was our first holiday post the pandemic, and we have not been disappointed. In fact, Istanbul has impressed us with how vibrant and alive the city is, as if the last 4 years never happened. Highly recommend visiting if you have the chance, and if so, staying at the Beyazit Palace Hotel.

This hotel was well located just 2/3 minute walk from the metro, a little hidden down a side street. The room was spotless and the beds and pillows exceptionally comfy. The staff at reception were really knowledgeable and helpful and the staff at breakfast very friendly. Breakfast had an excellent selection of typically Turkish foods as well as cereal toast and fruit with a lovely rooftop setting. The room was well equipped with water, tea and coffee and some basic toiletries. The hotel arranged us a transfer back to the airport as we were too early for public transport and it was fabulous. It was great to find a room that offered three single beds as well.

This is a hidden hotel. Literally, no tour guide could find it. That said, the hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were extremely helpful and the rooms were a decent size with lovely shower. Location wise off the beaten track for tourist stuff but 5 mins from the tram stop.

Great location, 15mins walk from Sultanhamet square. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was a bit small but clean and priced well so overall very good value. We had a lovely stay, thank you. Would stay here again and reccommend to friends
