My experience was disastrous with this hotel First: reception The hotel entrance is dirty The entrance is poorly lit The receptionist does not speak English He took me into a different room Second: the room The door to the room is bad and cannot be closed properly, which makes it feel unsafe The heating device was not working despite all attempts There is no internal phone to call the receptionist for help The mattresses on the beds were dirty The bathroom is disgusting - I was about to leave in the first hour, but there was no possibility to cancel the reservation - I strongly recommend providing a reservation cancellation feature for this hotel

THE STAFF IS GOOD BUT NO SERVICES

Good location, right on the famous Independence Street. Everything else is good, but the corridor is dim and the room is a bit creepy.

The location is very good! It was located in the center of Taksim Square, so accessibility was convenient. The desk staff was friendly. However, the condition of the bedding is disappointing. And there is a lot of noise at night as there is a bar right next door.
