The hotel is small but very welcoming staff. The room was very clean and also cleaned everyday. There is a laptop size electronic safe and tea making facility. Breakfast is basic but adequate. The staff are all very helpful. I need to mention Ibrahim and Hatip at reception who provided lot of information and always happy to assist. Omar who helped with our bags was good and cheerful. The location is ideal as 3 minutes walk to tram station and 5 minutes walk to metro station. There is also sauna and steam included and we used it once after lot of walking. Lot of small shops and eating places nearby. Would surely book this hotel when next in Istanbul

I stayed at this hotel. I really liked the hotel. The service is very good, the staff is very polite. And most importantly the rooms are very clean. Small hotel. Breakfast is included, a very good breakfast and a good dining room, everything is clean and pleasant, the staff and service are really at the highest level. I am very satisfied and I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This lovely hotel nice and clean rooms nice staff and good atmosphere only 30 minutes walk to blue and Sofia mosques and 20 minutes to grand bazaar the breakfast here you have lots of choices with salads cheeses meats fruit and sweets well worth a stay here

Great location within walking distance of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sofia and the Basilica Cistern. The room was as good as same hotel in Dublin. The staff were friendly and their spoken English was more rhan adequate. Breakfast is above average. 9 out of 10.

I confess that I had a bitter experience with the treatment of this hotel. I had booked 2 nights for me and my mother. However, due to my mother's health problems and we saw that it was impossible to travel, I called to cancel the reservation and at the time I had been told that it was not possible to return the 1st night, but that they would refund the 2nd night (which I thought it was thoughtful on the part of the hotel). 2 weeks later, they informed me that they would not refund me anything after all. I think there could have been more consideration and attention from the hotel and not just an easy monetary gain. The hotel experience is not just about the comfort they offer to the customer, but also about the consideration and attention that the hotel has for the customer throughout the process. Very bad customer service I must say.

We stayed at this hotel and it was great the staff are welcoming and very helpful especially the young lady on the reception Mrs. Aycan. We wanted 2 rooms next to each other they went out of their way to accommodate us we were in rooms 602/603. The rooms were a good size very clean and the bathrooms were very clean as well. Towels and toiletries were provided on a daily basis room service was available aswell. The location of the hotel is good and safe to be out at night no problems and there is a McDonalds and a Kfc and other food places near by. There is really nothing I can say bad about this Four Seven hotel only that the breakfast needs improvement not much for us on the menu but if you like Turkish breakfast then its fine. If We were to go to Istanbul again then we would definitely be staying at this hotel again. I would give Four Seven hotel 10/10.

Worst customer service ever expected. We made a booking via *********** and the hotel was not able to charge two different credit cards which are daily used on Amazon, PayPal an retail stores. But the hotel just wanted to cancel the very cheap rate to get more money for a new booking. I made two days before cancellation a booking of the flights via the creditcard which couldn’t be charged. Can’t recommend the hotel. Please look around the area, there are a lot more and better and cheaper hotels. Be careful!

I had my WORST experience today with this hotel. My husband had booked a room a day in advance and paid a deposit. I came today with our baby. After we did go for checking the (assistent manager) told is that the booking is not possible and that we need to pay more otherwise he don’t give our room. Like what?!! We have everything on paper!! We told him that we dont pay more and that we have everything on paper. In the end he indicated that it is not their problem? He had our reserarvation on paper with a copy of our paspoort and the deposit. But he rejected us because he wanted more money. I was standing with a baby just arrived from a long flight and they treaded us like trash. They are literally MONEY THIEVES. They don't offer a service while you have everything on paper. We left very angry because after all this they even are not worth any penny. Money is more importent for them then service even they make the booking them self. I therefore really advise everyone not to come to this hotel. It is really the WORST hotel I have ever been to.
