This is the most friendly and welcoming hostel I've stayed in so far! The team are happy to help with everything and they do evening dinners which are a great way to meet other people, especially when travelling solo. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a terrace with lovely views of the city where you can enjoy the evening.

It's really a wonderful experience. I stay in second home hotel for four days with my family. I got the welcome tea. The boss there is so nice and they helped me so much. I really appreciate it.

地理位置很好，很熱情。其實是住在酒店隔壁樓的民宿，因為酒店房間太昏暗。不足就是樓梯狹窄，沒有電梯，拿着行李箱太不方便

Second Home Hostel is the best I have stayed in any of my international trips. Location is perfect and People are just amazing. Thank you Samira, Memo, Aleyna, Ali for wonderful experience. Whenever I come to Istanbul I know where to stay now..

Second home hostel is warm and friendly, and exactly like the name: it’s like coming home. I had the most wonderful time and met amazing people. The staff was very welcoming and took us out to Princes Island and other trips :) We got a lot of useful and nice recommendations for both sides of Istanbul! The dinner is amazing, big shoutout to the rice that’s special and marvelous every single night! We had a dance party in the common room downstairs and played fun games on the rooftop terrace. There is even a pub crawl for the party people 🕺🏽🕺🏽 I was staying here one year ago and I loved staying there again. Would recommend to anyone visiting Istanbul. The location is also very nice, near the old centre and near all kinds of public transport (tram, bus, ferry). It was a wonderful stay. Thank you 🧡

I was staying there for a better part of the week and I was very happy with my choice - both private rooms and dorms are very comfortable and clean. The location is perfect with a walking distance to all major touristic attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome and taken care of. They had some great recommendations for activities in Istanbul and also managed to fully organise a last-minute trip to Cappadocia. Would 100% recommend choosing the Second Home as a place to stay while visiting Istanbul. My favorite part was the rooftop terrace - it was a good place to meet fellow travellers and hang out in the evenings. I only wish your guitar had strings and was functional, but we managed OK with the pink ukulele :)

Super nice, gave us tea on the way in! The accommodations were great and the location was very close to the nearest metro station. The breakfast and drinks were super reasonably priced. I enjoyed the Turkish breakfast and tea. They have a cute cat named Mimi.

Very friendly staff, they were helpful and they have a lot of daily activities such as walking tours, pub crawls and dinner. The hostel is located in a good location close to everything. The blue mosque is only 13 minutes walk from the hostel.

Good location, a couple of hundred meters from the bus tramway and metro stop. You have just walk 5 min to visit différents street's ,mosques and museums . it was clean comfortable room. very kind helpful and friendly staff ( kerem,samira,aleyna…..) thank you for your attention.
