The staff were all very courteous and helpful.
The hotel was thoroughly cleaned daily.
The location was excellent and very central, just a few minutes' walk from the Galata Tower. What we appreciated was the security, as the hotel is next to a police station.
We would definitely stay again.

I would highly recommend this establishment. We booked ahead for two night eventually we stayed for three nights. The stuff are very helpful and delightful. The rooms are very clean and neat plus there is a perfect heating system which was very helpful during that cold time at istanbul. Location is perfect it is near the all neighborhoods. There was plenty restaurants and markets around. One more good thing i liked is the free parking spot they offered me at the back side of the hotel regarding that it is almost impossible tp find free parking in Taksim. Area is very secured and the hotel is side by side the police station. So it is the most safest place you can stay in. You can sleep peacefully thanks to the soundproof windows they have where you barely hear what is going on outside. Totally w 5 star for this hotel

Mami and the rest of the staff are friendly, helpful and full of smiles! Our room was comfortable and clean even though the bathroom is a bit compact. Each day, we would share our plans and get advice from reception on how to travel, where to go etc. We arrived from the airport via public transport but the hill to the closest Metro station is quite something to behold so we thought it best to arrange an airport transfer when we depart. Mami and his team arranged it for us with no issues!
