I come from South Korea. I have a habit of traveling the whole world. Especially going to Türkiye every year. This time is 5 visits . I mean I have a lot of experience staying in various hotel .When I was trying to find another hotel , I met Ebrus who is an owner n manager . I can't never forget her sincere responsibilty n could feel Ebrus truly loved her hotel.
I was impressed on Ebrus's strong passion , so booked Sureyya hotel .While staying ,I felt as if I were in my own home. Location ,which is near Lareli station,
is so easy to get every where you want.
Facilities are remodeled . This hotel offers great value for money .great cost effectiveness.This hotel was no different from a hotel costs twice as much where I stayed before . So satisfied .
Thanks again all staffs including Yusuf & Adam.
Especially thanks millions Ebrus for her sincere, warm hearted kindness .Definitely I will stay Sureyya next year ,too. Istanbul is the top best city in the whole world.

The room was affordable and clean. Downside are broken dustbin, missing AC remote, no kettle. The rest is good and accessible. Close to tram line. Good value 👏

Situated close to the metro station. Breakfast buffet. There were different salads, soup, apples every morning. No omelette. It will do for a short period.

The hotel is simple, the interior is ancient. The bed and mattress were good, the rest is in a dilapidated condition. The cost of the room is not high, so I did not count on a palace. Breakfasts are modest, quite edible. The room was with a window overlooking the roof of the adjacent building. The panorama was cats living on this roof) In general, I was satisfied with my short stay, because I managed to see the most famous sights, spending a minimum of time on the road, getting to some even on foot. I do not recommend it for a long vacation

The room is small but quite cozy, everything you need is there, including hygiene products.
The location is very good - not noisy, close to the most iconic places: you can get there by public transport (stops are close), or walk to them, and at the same time see more of the city.
The breakfast included a fairly wide selection and was delicious.
The staff is pleasant and friendly.
The prices are quite reasonable. I can safely recommend the hotel for a stay of several nights!

A clean hotel, welcoming staff, not very varied breakfast. The rooms are narrow. Free WIFI in the room. Safe also available and free but at reception and not in the room. The hotel is located near tram 1 (Kabats line) Laleli University station which is three stops from Sultan Ahmet and not far from the Aksaray Metro station (Red line which serves the Airport). The shops right next door are wholesalers and most of them are ready-to-wear men's clothing (suits, etc.) Strong point: cleanliness and geographical location Weak point: narrow rooms and average breakfast Overall, not bad for spending the night, no more. (length of my stay: 6 nights)
