Kybele Hotel

Breakfast is 8:30-10:30 The traditional Turkish breakfast stir-fry with tomatoes was delicious. However, everything else is universal, such as cereals, boiled eggs, and yogurt. Since I was staying for several nights, I thought it would be nice to have at least one different item each day. The room is cute and full of lamps. However, since it is an old hotel, there were some inconveniences. The bathroom has poor drainage, and although there is a bathtub, it is broken and dangerous, so you cannot store hot water in it. The room was small and I had a problem with not being able to open my large suitcase. The most painful thing was that the air conditioner was broken. Since it was a hot day, I decided to ask the front desk about this, and when I did so the next morning, they decided to change my room. My new room was on the upper floor, so it was difficult to go up and down the stairs, but I was able to carry my luggage while I was out, which was helpful. The location is very good, you can walk to Hagia Sophia, underground palace, and bazaar. If you're just staying for one night, it can be difficult to drag your suitcase from the station due to the rough roads, but I think it's a good base for staying overnight.
