I give 1* on all points not because I dislike the hotel, but objectively evaluating it, due to the fact that I would like to see my own review before check-in rather than after... 1 - The first thing that catches your eye is the discrepancy between the photographs and descriptions of the rooms and reality. We lived in a deluxe suite and out of the declared 35 m in fact there are only 18 m, for those who are going on a family vacation there will not be any comfort, and for those who are traveling alone they may be able to use the hotel only for sleeping. 2 - Second, the room is in the most terrible condition, there is ancient dust on the hood, walls and all surfaces... you have to breathe outright dampness (we had the 2nd floor), the socket sticks out on the wires, the furniture is falling apart in the literal sense of the word. If you know how to handle a rusty electric stove, drink from a broken mug and eat from disposable plates, then this definitely does not deserve a rating higher than 1* 3 - Third, don’t expect any room service, I asked every day to have the TV set up for me, to be given an extra pillow and chair, but every request was ignored and as a result, during the 15 days of my stay, I used practically nothing in this room except the bed and toilet and a refrigerator... 4 - The location of the hotel is at the bottom of a very steep hill, to climb to the square you will have to carry a very heavy load up, and if you want to go down or walk along the neighboring streets, you will find out what the Turkish ghetto is in all its glory... the view from the window of the burnt, destroyed buildings and the cherry on top on top of the cake there will be a homemade kebab house right under the windows, from which the soot will rise directly into the room... I rate this hotel such a low rating with only one thought and desire that the hotel owner would pay attention and take care of the rooms, call for professional cleaning and replace the old furniture. I really hope that the hotel owner will read the review and understand that this system does not work, you cannot deceive guests in the description on the website and the need to keep the rooms clean

The second time I stayed at this hotel, everything is as before for a four. Thank you that everything was in the kitchen, including dishes, the refrigerator turned down the fire as it worked. I even specified my friend's arrival time, and there was no problem. The receptionist changed at the time of my friend's arrival. The person named Muhtar Bey did not take my friend to the hotel. Even though I chose a double room during the hotel reservation and specified the guest's name over the phone in advance, and even though I specified it again when I checked in to the hotel myself. The other person who was staying was not allowed into the hotel. The reason, according to Mr. Mukhtar, was that no one was allowed into the hotel as a guest.
