The location of the hotel is nice. Near Galata Tower. However, I did have problems with the room the there was water flowing out of the faucet and also from the ceiling. The receptionist was very kind and agreed to move me to a better room.

The hotel is on the top hill, close to Galata tower. The staff is very helpful. He helps us to carry heavy luggage to the room. We are an old couple. He changed the room on the low floor.

the location is good, and the staff are friendly. but the room is much smaller than the picture in the advert, which was a bit of a disappointment. they also put me in another building away from reception, and none of the sockets worked. i had to go to the other building at night to fix them. the shower was terrible. on the last day i didn't even want to shower to have to use it. cold, not enough water, water splashing everywhere.

The location is behind the galata tower! Enthusiastic, have helped me move my luggage very grateful!
Nearby you can walk for a while to take a boat, and then there is transportation to do live broadcast, but the drawback is that if the luggage is relatively heavy, moving and lifting is a bit inconvenient !
