The hotel is honestly terrible, stinks of smoke, the staff is unfriendly, everything is broken, the breakfast is crap. The only thing that is convenient is in the very center of Istiklal. The guy at the reception looks like Tarkan, the one from the 90s. Acts as if you weren't enough yet. The owner smokes inside from morning to night, all this stench spreads throughout the hotel, he smiles at comments, the friend speaks loudly. There have been no renovations there for 20 years, the shower does not close, the bed sheets are not changed. They don't take out the trash, there are towels, so you'll have enough for 4 days. Plus, on trip com it says that the number is until 13.00, I come at 12.10 to pick up my things, the guy from the reception yells at me, saying that we don’t give a damn what they write on trip com, we have a check out at 12.00. Well, honestly there are hundreds of other hotels nearby. I don't really recommend this one.

Very old and shabby rooms. For the first time they gave a room on the 2nd floor, where the wallpaper opens on the walls, the curtains hang down, the room is not cleaned. Then the room was given on the 3rd floor, it is clean and much better than the previous one, cleaner. The hotel itself is old but in a good location. We took it with breakfast, we went once because there was no desire to go there, no coffee, everything is dirty, bread like crackers, two types of cheese, olives and boiled eggs, oh, and even juice and tea, and that's it ... the whole range of breakfast ...

Terrible experience – I do not recommend this hotel! Description: My stay at this hotel was a total disappointment. First off, the room was very different from what was advertised on their website – small, dirty and with old furniture. There were stains on the sheets and the floor didn't seem to have been cleaned well. But, the bathroom had a musty smell, and the shower didn't work properly. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Every time I approached them with a request or problem, it seemed like I was annoying them. The service was unacceptable for a hotel that claims to offer high customer standards. In addition, the room's air conditioner does not work, the noise of the air conditioner kept me awake at night, I swear to God Clearly, the whole time in this hotel was disastrous. Not worth it at any price, and will advise to avoid this place at all costs.

There is dirty toilets, bad staff, the AC isn't working 😕 the room is smelling on cigarettes. The wardrobe is out of the wall 🧱. The wallpapers are wriped off. The staff didn't found us on the computer. The cable of the stationary phone is cut. The lamp in the bathroom has rust on it. And finally the outside of the AC is very dirty. I would say that this hotel is overpriced.

The hotel was very old when we got into the room we saw that it was very dirty The sheets were very dirty the pillowcases also. we went to times in the reception and and told him about the dirtiness, and he didn’t even approach us The toilet was also dirty There was no hot water we slept five days without pillowcases and without the sheets. no one came to clean our room but we had two times people coming inside of our room by accident. It’s really messed up. I want to recommend coming here. It’s a waste of money.

Pro: very close to Kadıköy pier, very short walking distance to Kadıköy shopping district, many restaurants, cafe, markets around, friendly hotel staff, clean and environmentally friendly as the hotel didn't use plastic bottles for soap and shampoo. Cons: not-that-quiet area thus ear cover is needed, the breakfast is located in other hotel, ... when I arrived at hotel, the staff told me my reservation couldn't be found even though a day before one of their staff confirmed my reservation by phone. I made the reservation two weeks before and opted the payment to be done at hotel. Short story: I was given a single room and the price was exactly the same in my reservation. Later I understand the price was lower than the "acceptable" price for the hotel. Anyway ...

Despite the location and the friendly receptionist there is nothing else to like about this place , I understand that is a 3 star hotel but the minimum this place could have is cleanness and it was terribly dirty ,such an unpleasant experience 👎🏼 Would not recommend

Money and currency were stolen from my room, when I asked to look into it, they told me that they believed every employee, they naturally had cameras, only on the floor, and the police were unlikely to prove anything. So, in principle, that’s what happened. Another interesting point: the payment was made in advance by card, but after checking in, I received a letter stating that the reservation was canceled, they explained this to me for technical reasons! In fact, I don’t live there, money is cooing from the room, and you can’t prove anything. Think for yourself!
