I was expecting a good time but with this hotel become worse time ever you cant even invite friends for even 10mins my friends stayed outside hotel in rain waiting for me as i went upstairs to get phone cabel which is not right i have stayed in soo many hotels but them was rude and unprofessional staff won't recommend anyone to stay with this hotel unclean used bedding dirty towels no soaps or anything all you have to bring with you tea kettle was dirty never ever going to stay there even they offer for free as a tourist we want good times but this hotel will spoil your holidays experience Scamers pay for everything not even 1*star

Dirty. I was very upset. Broken mirror, terrible sewage smell in the bathroom. I didn’t even dare to take a shower, as traces of the previous occupants were visible. The broken safe was fixed after check-in. Well, such a place. If you don't want to ruin your trip, find something else.

If you just need a place to sleep, i think it’s a great choice. Dont expect on their services. I even served mysef breakfast because no staff is available. I just made my own on the kitchen. On my last night, Indodnt bother eating the breakfast because it wasnt good. Just ate fish sandwich on nearby store, it is far better than the food they serve. The whole stay feels like you are not welcome to stay there. The housekeeping is very mad. I have no coffee in the room. Not recommend for elderly because you need to climb up the stairs to reach the place. Pros: The location i think is near to Galata Tower. A few uphill and downhill steps. Very friendly receptionist, helped me get a taxi to the airport and gave me travel tips in istanbul. The breakfast hall has great view on the rooftop. Great room! The design and interior is relaxing.

It is very convenient that the administrator speaks English, you can ask/request everything. He gave us advice on where to go, how to use transport, how to change money. Rubles are easily exchanged for lira at exchange offices. The cleaning lady is also a very nice woman, she cleaned the room every day, no complaints. We liked the room (Deluxe Suite), third floor, good soundproofing, tea accessories, a rather large bathroom. We walked everywhere in the center, and also the ports nearby, from where you can sail along the Bosphorus, we really liked it!

2 minutes walk from Galata Tower. Kindness and helpfulness. The Deluxe room very nice and spacious, soundproof. Excellent location for visiting the city on foot. Typical Turkish breakfast but delicious. We will gladly return.

Ottima la posizione per visitare la città e soprattutto per aperitivi e cene. Pulizia discreta, super cordialità. Prodotti per il bagno completi e ascensore super apprezzato. Bella la colazione sulla terrazza all'ultimo piano ma....davvero ripetitiva, già al secondo giorno ufffff
