We were there for our 25th wedding anniversary, really looked after well, made us feel special, amazing 5 star hotel with amazing views.

Beautiful hotel with very nice staff and restaurant. Incredibly professional team. Great breakfast and other meals at rooftop restaurant (amazing views guaranteed). However, a few things could still be improved: greenery view room aren't a garden but a shaft view and lack natural light. Especially in winter it's a bit unpleasant. No moutwash and Molton Brown toiletres are also gone, same as coffee capsules which are no longer Nespresso. Tea is Lipton, which is far from 5* standard. Gym cleanliness could be also improved - this area seems quite neglected, water with fruit was rotten and dirty cups not removed. Spa treatments are expensive, but use of facilities remains free.

I booked for my parents on new year eve. They loved their stay. The room looks really nice and the restaurant was close and fully booked for new year dinner, but they were kind to serve them lunch . Reception staff were nice. I totes recommend

We were doing a business meeting in the hotel, contact with the staff was not very transparent. After sending several emails no response was received, so we ended up calling the hotel directly and even after that it was not very straightforward to get to the agreement.
But in the end everything went well, meeting facilities were very good, roof top room, restaurant and a nice service, but a bit overpriced.

A luxurious hotel in the heart of historical Istanbul. I liked it very much! Cleanliness, impeccable service, decoration. Rooms with beautiful handmade furniture. Comfortable bed, chic plumbing. There is a coffee machine, tea and coffee sets, a bar. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a panoramic view of the sea. The hotel is positioned as non-alcoholic, this should be taken into account. Upon check-in, we were treated to local sweets. We celebrated an anniversary and they brought us a beautiful cake with wishes. Very nice! All the main attractions are within walking distance: Grand Bazaar, Quince Sophia, Blue Mosque, Colored houses, the pier from which you can travel along the Bosphorus. The hotel left very pleasant impressions. We recommend visiting.
