It was my first time in Istanbul. I had a great time there. I stayed 2 or 3 hotels, but I like Taksim Istaklal suites most because of location. Cleanliness was good, and the service was awesome. The receptionist he was a mature guy of age around 40, I forgot his name he was so good to us. The morning receptionist, I don't know his name he was also nice. I am gonna stay in Taksim Istaklal suites again in my next tour. Live life and love Taksim Istaklal suites.

Really so nice place, old building but feel more comfortable same home, people there are much friendly, rooms are clean, everything you can find it around you, strongly recommended for booking.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly- we arrived at 6 am, they made us coffee in reception and looked after our bags until we came back to check in at 2pm. We left our bags again after check out - thanks Hossein! The room was good- had a mini kitchen with fridge, kettle. A/C. Very clean. Great shower! Location excellent. Right next to bustling İstiklal. Loads of night life around the hotel- bars and cafes where you can smoke Nargile (shisha) and restaurants with great food. Our room was at the back of the hotel so quiet- I imagine it could be a bit louder if you had one facing the street as the night life was quite active. Only reason for the 4/5 review is the room decor being a bit tired- could do with update. For the price we were very happy though.

One of the best hotel I ever stay clean room and great atmosphere.... location very near to the centre of istiklal.... mr.onur and Hamza very warm welcome and helpful and friendly person...we really recommended this hotel we will back soon and we will stay here ..

Worse holiday experience I’ve ever had, disgusting place to stay, the most nosiest place you can imagine, heating wasn’t working properly, shower broken I had to fix it myself, I’ve paid for 1 week in advance they refused to refund me, I couldn’t get my money because I didn’t book online.

By far the dirtiest and most noisy hotel I have ever stayed in. Complements of the hotel broken window, dirty bed, holes on the sheets, old doors that don't fit on the wall, dirt everywhere. Certainly and by far NOT a suite. No parking and breakfast with a stamped paper at the hotel across the street. We arrived at 2 in the morning after driving 7 hours and sleeping was an impossible task from the stench, the noise and the dirt. Really NOT recommended for families. Only maybe for low budget tourists under 20.
