The location was perfect, close to all the historical sites and right next to the tram station. The staff were friendly and kind, tried best to accommodate to our needs. Highly recommend to those looking for a decent accommodation in old town!

Great hotel and service, but do not come here if you have a car; there is no parking. We had to park far away and pay extra money, but the guys at reception were helpful and carried our large 6 luggages from where we had parked. Hotel was clean, breakfast was decent, and location is amazing, easy walk to Topakapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and Grand Bazaar.

位置老城區，離地鐵近，方便。老酒店，設備各方面一般。不知道為什麼，酒店沒有免打擾牌，所以每天會有人清潔😂

Искали отель в котором работала бы вентиляция на охлаждение. Так как холодный период у многих только на тепло. Плюс, чтобы было относительно тихо при открытых окнах.
Менеджер нам пообещал, что все будет. В итоге после заселения, вентиляция за несколько часов, так и не смогла охладить номер. На что администрация отказывалась соглашаться и убеждала в обратном)). Вызвали техника, сказал, что забился грязью фильтр и теперь все будет ок. Через несколько часов, ничего не поменялось ((.
Очень не охотно, можно сказать с угрозами от другого менеджера номер нам поменяли и мы получили, что хотели. Нормально работающую на охлаждение вентиляцию и окна в тихий двор колодец. Но на это мы потратили большую половину дня. Менеджмент желает оставлять лучшего. Туда же в копилку. Попросили ножницы, сказали у нас нет, говорим дайте тогда нож (ресторан при отеле есть, не скажешь, что нет ножей)), сразу нашлись ножницы, тут же на ресепшене. В общем вредные ребята.
Местоположение отличное, кровати удобные, убирают регулярно.
Заявленного бассейна нет, но мы и не рассчитывали.
Но в следующий раз буду выбирать другой отель, учитывая, что стоимость выше среднего, хочется получать адекватные реакции от менеджеров отеля.
