We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. The communication with the staff via WhatsApp is 100%. Always on hand.
Murad and his team were great, very helpful.
The cleaners were wonderful and always did a superb job.
The buffet breakfast is nice , however I will say as a future recommendation for the hotel is that they add more air conditioning units, we just came back and it's very hot up there as it is in on the 4th floor.
Staff are friendly and always have a smile on their faces. Always on hand to offer beverages while you wait.
The hotel is ideal for those wanting to see famous landmarks. You are literally in the centre of anything. (Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia , Grand bazzar

Bu otelde harika bir konaklama geçirdik. Odalar geniş ve ferahtı. WhatsApp üzerinden personelle iletişim %100. Her zaman ulaşılabilir. Murad ve ekibi harikaydı, çok yardımcı oldular. Temizlikçiler harikaydı ve her zaman mükemmel bir iş çıkardılar. Açık büfe kahvaltı güzeldi, ancak otel için gelecekteki bir önerim olarak daha fazla klima eklemelerini söyleyeceğim. Yeni döndük ve 4. katta olduğu için yukarısı çok sıcaktı. Personel güler yüzlü ve her zaman güler yüzlü. Beklerken içecek ikram etmek için her zaman hazırlar. Otel, ünlü yerleri görmek isteyenler için ideal. Kelimenin tam anlamıyla her şeyin merkezindesiniz. (Sultanahmet Camii, Ayasofya, Kapalıçarşı. We had a very happy holiday together with my friend.
The spa offered free face masks, the room was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly.
If we come to Istanbul again, we will definitely consider staying at the same hotel. (Recommended)

A Wonderful Experience During My Cultural Trip to Istanbul!
During my cultural trip to Istanbul, I chose to stay at Great Fortune Hotel, and I’m so glad I did. The hotel is centrally located and within walking distance to everything — restaurants, museums, public transportation, and more. This made exploring the city so much easier and more enjoyable.
I spent a lot of time at the hotel’s spa and pool area, which was a great way to relax after a day full of sightseeing. It really added to the overall enjoyment of my trip.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay. I would highly recommend Great Fortune Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul!

The hotel is centrally located and very close to everything—restaurants, museums, and other attractions.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and perfectly adequate.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Istanbul!

My friend and I went on a short trip.
We were truly impressed by the hotel’s modern design and panoramic views. Having breakfast included and free access to the spa was amazing.
The reception staff was extremely helpful and provided 24/7 support. It’s a trustworthy place that I would highly recommend.

It has nothing to do with the photos on the website, nothing like 4 stars. They gave us a room on the ground floor, in front of the elevator. We were cold the first night and had to call reception three times to check the hot air. We asked for a change and it was not possible. The facilities were quite bad. The breakfast was very poor. The area is very central, but it is better to look for another hotel. The photo is of the closed door! Run your finger through the door!

The elevator doesn't work well, it's easier to take the stairs. Breakfasts are poor, they don't even fry eggs, there are often no free seats. The hotel looks nice inside, but it's all just an appearance.

Service was generally ok. Very nice people at the desk, but had asked last day to apply alarm service at a specific time but unfortunately was not done, and because of this we were too late for our bus to the airport. This cost me an extra 70 euros to be back at the airport on time.
