The hotel is nice and modern. Breakfast is adequate. The staff is very friendly. The location is good, about a 20-minute walk from Hagia Sophia and in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The only thing we didn't like is the mold in the bathroom. The extractor fan isn't sufficient, and there's too much humidity. They should improve the bathroom ventilation and clean more thoroughly behind the sink and shower head to prevent these things from escaping, as it's neither hygienic nor pleasant to look at or breathe.

Located in the old city, the street downstairs is full of clothes shops, so it's a bit noisy. It is a 5-minute walk from Aksaray metro station. Considering the consumption level in Istanbul, it is unrealistic to have high expectations for a hotel of this price. The overall level is similar to that of Hanting Hotel in China, which is just enough for a one-night stay. The only bright spot is that the restaurant on the 7th floor offers a view of the sea.

The front desk was very nice and welcoming. The room reserved for us on the first day was a bit small, but there were no luxury rooms. The next day we were moved to a larger room.
The hotel is relatively quiet. It is very close to the T1 tram stop that runs through the scenic spots, which is very convenient.

Останавливалась на две ночи. Удобно, что можно добраться из аэропорта на метро с одной пересадкой. Находится в 5 минутах от трамвайной остановки Т1 Aksaray и в 12 минутах от станции метро Vezneciler/Istanbul University. В номере есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чайник, бутылка воды, сейф, тапочки, а также зубная нить и ушные палочки. Чисто. Из минусов - с улицы доносится шум и хорошо бы обновить ремонт. Завтраки вполне приемлемые, ресторан расположен на 7 этаже, вдалеке виднеется море. Персонал вежливый. Соотношение цена/качество отличное. Вполне возможно, что остановлюсь здесь в следующий приезд.

First off Misa hotel staff were wonderful! They were polite, professional and very helpful! They made my first time in Istanbul a lot easier with helpful tips and recommendations of near by restaurants and places to see. They hotel is centrally located and very affordable. The lobby is beautiful and staff disinfect often. The room was perfect for me and my friend. Very clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Modern design, big windows. Just and excellent experience. Loved our stay!

the check in was fast, but door of our first room was open, so we asked manager to change it. He gave us a bigger room, with better smell and it looked cleaner. They provide toilet paper only at the first cleaning, after that we recommend you to buy it yourself. Room is not silent and you will hear every noise from outside and inside hotel. The room is not like in the photos, it looks older, but they are doing renovations. After a few days they had us to change the room because the entire floor was getting closed for renovations. The toilet is small and with very little sink. Towels are not always very clean. When you turn on the button for cleaning, they will just change blankets and give new bottles of water, they won’t clean the shower and the sink. No fridge, but they provide teapot, sugar and water. You can order tour from reception. Kadir receptionist is very kind and nice, we are giving 3 stars for him too. Hotel is 15 minutes from Grand Bazaar and 22 minutes from Spice Bazaar (Egyptian). Using one tram T1 you can access many interesting places. This location is very traditional and people wear long traditional clothes. Prices are more expensive than in another side of Istanbul.

Currently staying at the hotel. This hotel does in no way meet the description or pictures on TripAdvisor or *********** websites. Rooms are extremely small, dirty, I've had to fight with staff to have room cleaned. There also seems to be a massive problem with Air Conditioning, The temperature is centrally controlled and set on heater mode. I've had to keep windows open, It's now Day 7! Breakfast is terrible, pictures again very deceiving. You have to pay extra for a different egg type to what is served on day. Limited & poor quality of food. Management and staff cannot communicate in English despite this stated. Major communication block. If you are English speaking Do not stay here. I've also had a day where there was no hot water. Overall extremely terrible & uncomfortable stay & Management shows no interest/concern over guests satisfaction. I will not recommend at all.
