The hotel is very close to Taksim Square and very convenient to Istiklal Avenue. The room is small but clean and tidy. Fortunately, they have prepared luggage racks for easy luggage placement. Especially on the first floor, when we were waiting for the bus or resting, the guy would bring us black tea. There was a message book on the table, where tourists from all over the world wrote down their feelings. We drank the hot tea slowly and wrote on it.

Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square at a walking pace. I took it for transit and it was not a mistake. It is convenient to get to the airport and back by metro on your own.
Everything was quiet during the stay.
The reception is very attentive

Actually, I would like to give 5 stars for the service because when checking in, the staff provided good service and gave good advice. But the peak came at night when another staff member, a tall person with curly hair and blue eyes, who is not like Turkish people, called the customer late at night and spoke rudely, only saying to tell the man to leave the room, even though there were only 2 women in the room. I understand that there was a male friend walking in, so the staff member thought that we brought the man to stay in the same room, but we booked 2 rooms (separate bookings), and the male friend stayed on the ground floor and at that time, we were not together. But I wonder if the staff member didn't check first before complaining, etc. Or they could have asked first how many people were staying and if the man who came with us was staying at the hotel. And the tone of voice was unpleasant to listen to. Not even a single apology. While typing, I still can't get over it and feel really bad.

It's about a 10-minute walk from Taksim Station, dragging a suitcase. The hotel was small, but clean, and the surrounding area was quiet and comfortable.
Breakfast wasn't included, but the restaurant next door seemed to be open 24 hours, and there are many shops in Taksim that are open in the morning, so it wasn't a problem. Wi-Fi was also great.
