Situated beautifully by the Bosphorus, the hotel boasts well-decorated and comfortable interiors. Despite a breakfast discrepancy, where the included package was questioned by the manager despite our voucher, overall, it was a satisfactory choice.

Staff at all levels and in all shifts was just amazing. They went above & beyond usual duty to help with taxi’s, calling airport, arranging for COVID testing and directing us to healthcare facility.

The lobby is very beautiful. The hotel is in a good location. There are many restaurants around. There is a popular grilled fish restaurant not far from the hotel with a long queue. The transportation is convenient. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the old town to take the tram, boat and bus. It's just that it's hard to call a taxi, and you can't even get an Uber. I highly recommend it. It's much better than staying in the old town.

The service is very good, the room is clean, and the transportation is convenient. However, our room is facing the street, so it is not so quiet. You can make a note in advance in the future. I believe the hotel will arrange it.
