الفندق صغير وفي شارع ضيق حيث انه يحتوي على 3 غرف في الدور فقط ولكنه قريب جدا لمحطة عصمان بيه للمترو غرفه جدا واسعة الاسعار مناسبة جيد للافراد والعوائل ... لا ينفع لمن معه كبار سن او اطفال ولا يستخدم تكاسي لانه يوجد صعود ونزول للوصول لمنطقة محطة عصمان بيه

Otel rezervasyonu yaparken Nişantaşı diye yaptım. Fakat otel dolapderede çıktı, aynı zamanda rezervasyon yaparken gösterilen fotoğraflarla alakası yok. Odanın fotoğraflarını çektim, yoruma ek olarak yüklüyorum. Yatağın üzerindeki pikeyi kaldırdığımda altından canlı böcek çıktı ve yürüyordu. Duvarlar rutubetten kabarmış, gecekondu gibi bir odaydı. Sokak dar bir ara sokak, park yeri yok. Arabayı uzağa park ettim ama güvenilir olmayan bir semt olduğundan içim rahat etmedi. Gece geç saatte otele girmeye çekinirsiniz, Nişantaşı semtine yürüyerek 5 dk ama otelin bulunduğu semt oldukça kötü. Asansör çok eksiydi, çıkarken ve inerken kabin sallanıyor. Açıkçası otelin ciddi bir revizyona ihtiyacı var, Eylül 2022 itibariyle kötü bir otel. İş için ve turistik amaçlı olarak sürekli seyahat ediyorum. Ortalama yılda 70-75 gün otellerde konaklıyorum ve her yıl en az 15-20 farklı otelde kalıyorum. Çok lüks takıntım yoktur ama hijyen olarak gördüğüm en kötü otellerden biriydi. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
