I stayed on this hotel before and took the suit and was TOP. But this time, took a normal room. It was totally worse. It doesn't totally look like 4 start hotels. The pillow is so ****.
The main light wasn't working. And shower was blocked. Toilet flashing doesn't work properly, and the temperature is not working . I complained about it and asked to chang the room.they said we would send the service. Day later complained again they said the service man was not working we will send tomorrow. Till I check it out. They haven't fixed anything. I will definitely don't book again this hotel. If you do not book the suit, don't book this hotel because you pay 4 stars but you get 3 or 2 star rooms and services.

This 4-star hotel isn‘t really one: terrible breakfast, a painstakingly slow lift that‘s used both by guests and cleaning staff, very loud rooms (and neighbourhood, until late in the evening) and often messy corridors. Beds were quite uncomfortable as well and room cleaning isn‘t top notch either. Good for a short stay, but not good value for money. Don‘t expect a 4-star experience.

Small room with old furniture TV rubbish all Turkish channel, no water to drink you have to pay , toilet really bad NO fan when you use it smell everywhere, if you speak loud at night next door get upset, NO Aircon at night couldn't sleep too hot if you open window outside to loud, breakfast really bad to basic not nice at all, staff not friendly, don't bother to stay here you will regret it , staff not friendly at all .

I can't believe that it's a hotel and that it's still open ...i have never seen this filthiness , mold , broken furniture , dust , it's not clean at all no one can sleep there am going to have skin problems from the sheets.i can't even give itv1/10

Not good hotel for staying, it has very small room and very poor quality. It’s not 4 stars hotel and it seems 2 stars. I don’t recommend it and I will not book it. Of course the location is good and near the ground bazar.

In February 2025, I took the Istanbul-Cappadocia-Belek Turkey tour with Berge&Meer. Despite paying a hefty single room supplement, I was disadvantaged and discriminated against throughout the entire trip, constantly being given the shabbier and smallest rooms. By far the worst room, however, was assigned to me at the Hotel Glorious. Single room 3307 was at the end of the corridor. It had a total area of 9 square meters! From the rear window, you could see into the neighboring building, just 2 meters away. The reception was stubborn and refused to give me a larger room. Everything was apparently fully booked on February 13th. Even the double rooms at 15 square meters at the Hotel Glorious are very small. When booking, Berge&Meer couldn't provide any information about the hotel in Istanbul, so the travel documents simply stated: 2 nights in a 4-star hotel in Istanbul.

A great hotel, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was above our expectations (spicy menemen is great) The rooms are clean and spacious. We were very pleased, it is close to the street, the grand bazaar is very close. We would like this as our home in Istanbul.
