Theodian Hotel

The hotel is dirty. In 7 days, cleaning was done on the 6th day, and then they told the reception so many times. You can’t ask for toilet paper, there was some on arrival and before departure they put it down. For four people they give 2 towels, 2 shampoos and 2 shower gels. On the first day when we arrived there was no hot water, we washed ourselves with cold water from the road. Breakfast is a separate issue, I am attaching a photo. That's all there is on the plate. Boiled eggs, 2 types of cheese, sausage, fried sausages, tomatoes, cucumbers, bread, margarine, jam, shock paste and tea with powdered milk, coffee was rarely available. At the reception, Rashid always tried to give advice, but this had no effect on the cleaning and service. On the last day, after we asked for cleaning, they took our robe, the arrogant guy at the reception said so what. I mean, so what, why didn’t they take the laptop or something. By the way, there is not a safe in all rooms. We had three rooms, it’s good that they weren’t in the basement, there weren’t even windows there. There is no hook or coil in the bathroom. In general, the hotel and staff ruined the impression of Istanbul. Before that we lived in the Fermanagh Hotel, this is of course heaven and earth or a dungeon)). I'm wondering if the hotel owner reads reviews?
