Great hotel, clean rooms and great location. We would definitly come back again. Guys at reception were always smiling, and open to help with everything what we needed. Great view from our bedroom. Everything was close to hotel, like Grand Bazzar, shops, lokal restaurants and place next to Marmara sea for having night walk or picnic. Thanks for having great time at hotel in Istanbul and cozy bed. ☺️

I’m a good position the hotel is clean and close to main attractions. Very friendly staff , helpful and prepared . Good breakfast with original Turkey delicious vegetable and olives ! That’s what I love !!! Thanks far all and compliments to staff

The fact that this hotel hasn’t had any recent reviews is indeed a red flag. I booked a room for one person, immediately messaged to ask to change to two persons and they as told it’s a double room anyway. I replied great thank you. Ok as changed and I needed a room for three, asked if I could upgrade or if they can add another room and was told this is fine for an additional €40. My sister then went ahead and booked her flight. I went back to the hotel to confirm the additional bed to be told it’s two people max. I tried very hard to work with them for an additional room but they had no rooms and wouldn’t allow the room for 3 people. I then had no choice but to cancel and thought the hotel would understand, they charged me immediately and said it’s because it’s non refundable,. I understand this but thought on this occasion due to the miscommunication they would allow a waive but they flat out refused, even got booking dot com involved who said they would waive their commission for the hotel but the hotel refused. I gave the hotel one months notice cancellation, therefore they could’ve reseller the room, booking dot com was waiting their commission so they were not out of pocket at all so I don’t understand why they couldn’t meet me halfway? I even ask for a partial refund and they still refused. Don’t stay here as you can see from the other reviews it’s a dirty, outdated hotel with greedy owners. Ended up booking the Marmara instead and already their service has been 10 times better than this hotel.

I was here at the end of March 2024. The hotel far exceeded all my expectations! The rooms look just as good as in the pictures of the hotel, hospitable and competent hotel staff. Young people at the reception Laziz, Nihad, Javid speak English, Turkish and Russian, are happy to answer your questions and give detailed information and tips on how to find your way around the area! Special thanks for that! Every morning, a sufficient and loving breakfast is prepared for you by the beautiful Saira. Room service was also provided daily! A clean room and fresh towels every day ensured a particularly good mood. The hotel offers airport transfers, entertainment programs and a hammam through its partners. The Sayeban Hotel is very high in its price-performance category and is therefore highly recommended! I am very satisfied with my stay here!

We didn't expect much from a 3-star hotel, but...the rooms are clean, we really enjoyed the breakfast (Saira looked after us very well), the guys at reception are very nice and friendly, they always helped us. I would especially like to give a big compliment to Laziz, Javid and Nihat! Thank you very much for a lovely stay with you!

I was fooled by the pictures and the few good reviews. It was a huge mistake to choose this hotel. I've stayed in many hotels but I've never experienced anything like this. THIS HOTEL IS NEVER A 3 STAR HOTEL!!! The toilet was very very gross. The floor was very old and worn. The shower stall was very dirty and gross. The doors had no card to open but a normal key which is not common for a hotel. The air conditioning kept going off. There was no hot water. There were stains on the bed covers and towels that looked like blood. There was a mattress in the stairwell. The walls are very thin so you can hear everything that's going on in the neighborhood. Don't trust the positive reviews. The hotel is the last. You won't last a day there!! And we were promised that we would get our money back, but we haven't received anything until today.

Были в отеле в феврале 2022 года. Отель расположен рядом с остановкой трамвая Т1. Это очень удобно. Расположен отель в районе Fatih. Спуск и подъем до него очень крутой и людям, которым тяжело ходить или тому, кто не готов к такой нагрузке, лучше тогда посмотреть отель в другом месторасположении, но нам дискомфорта это не доставляло. Единственное - сложно было дойти с чемоданом до отеля, но это был спуск с горки, а вот о том, чтобы подниматься вверх с чемоданами от этого отеля до остановке трамвая не может быть и речи - это только заказ такси. На ресепшн русскоговорящий молодой человек, очень приятный в общении, вежливый. Номера маленькие , простые, кровати удобные. В номере есть чайник , а также комплименты в виде чая, кофе, сахара и бутылки воды. Молодцы. Понравилось, что в номере было тепло и течет горячая вода, не едва теплая, а именно кипяток. wi-fi работает отлично. Не понравилось лишь то, что в номере не было мыла!! Первый раз с таким сталкиваюсь. Но были гель для душа и шампуни. Так же фен в отеле не работает. Попросились высушить волосы в другом номере - та же самая история, и там тоже не работает. В итоге молодой человек с ресепшн сходил и специально купил и принес для нас новый фен. Вид с террасы на которой подают завтраки прекрасен - на старую греческую церковь и море. Завтрак отличный. Овощи, яичница, вкусные сыры. Так же можно взять бутилированную воду и фрукты. Отель рекомендую.

Останавливались в этом отеле с подругами в сентябре 2021, отель расположен в пешей доступности до достопримечательностям Стамбула, транспорт рядом. Вид на море из террасы обалденный. Есть завтраки очень даже ничего! .район, конечно, рабочий, но атмосферненько. Рекомендуем за небольшие деньги. Ресепшн говорит на русском, английском, турецком языках

Приветливый персонал, очень красивый вид из окна, очень классный завтрак, все очень чисто - и номер в целом, и белье, и сантехника и тд. В отеле есть лифт, при том что само здание старое (для этого района Стамбула это приятная редкость). Но при этом полное отсутствие даже намёка на шумоизоляцию, как внутри отеля, так и за окном. Ночевали в отеле одну ночь, и спали очень плохо. Слышно, как соседи сморкаются, кто что говорит, постоянные сигналы авто за окном… Все двери скрипят и тд. Фен не работает вообще. Хорошо, что супруга решила мыть голову перед сном, а не ранним утром перед выездом а аэропорт. Было бы весело… Душ работает плохо. Переключатель сломан, вода течёт из всех отверстий одновременно. Сильный запах хлорки в душевой, соответственно слышен и в номере. В ванной везде много ржавчины, на зеркале, лампе, потеки ржавые в унитазе, душевой и тд. В номере одна тусклая лампочка и для того чтоб собрать чемодан, пришлось открывать дверь в ванную комнату чтоб хоть что-то было видно. Как-то все очень тускло… Вай фай почти не работает.
