This hotel was a nightmare. Worst hotel i ever had. Too dirty, not cleaned, staffs are no english they dont care about you and your room. When i said room is dirty then reception said maybe there is 2 couples before you. Then they dont cleaned rooms. Hotel room photos are too different from the picture which is on trip.com Pls do not waste your time, money I was not using this hotel when i see. Then i found another hotel but i still can not do cancellation and refund.

Close to many things but located right in the street full of night clubs, so at night easily to hear from your window drunk people fighting downstairs or club music, reception doesn’t speak English, but ok for that price I guess

Room and hotel environment very dusty during our stay. Service was okay and the staff was helpful. Room is quite spacious but the walkway and lift are very narrow. The price is affordable. It's okay for short stay but not comfy for long duration stay.

Was here for due while waiting for our next flight out. Don’t stay at this hotel. Worst in my life.

The worst hotel service of my life, and the hotel staff make fun of those who stay there and do not help at all, there were never clean towels, and when they were given they were wet! They do not give water… they provide absolutely nothing…

Rubbish hotel is wrong. It can’t be called a hotel. It can only be called a broken hotel. First of all, the service attitude at the front desk is indifferent and rebellious. There is a look of disdain for the Chinese. The most annoying thing is that the room has not been opened until two o’clock. Borrowing a toilet and not being allowed to go to the sanitation needless to say, it is very poor. The decoration is very old. In short, Chinese people must not come here to experience it.

Can only say in general, the surrounding environment is not good, the front desk guy is very good, not recommended

The worst service and hotel ever, We arrived there at 10pm, and they had cancelled our reservation with no prior notice. Receptionist does not speak English and the atmosphere and vibes seem more like a ******* than a hotel. In a scary street. Definitely do not go here. The west palace hotel is wonderful and not far from there in a much safer area and still at a good price.

This Hotel shouldnt be called hotel. It is a horrible place to stay: no toilet paper, no towels and everything is dirty and filthy. We refused to use the bathroom. Don't trust the good reviews. We gave a bad reviews in *********** with pictures. Somebody changed It into a 10 and took off the Pics.

An absolute horrendous hotel, do not go and waste your money. It looks like its falling down. Rooms and bed sheets were filthy, holes in the ceiling and walls, got stuck in room as door wouldn't open. Checked in and checked out within an hour. Lost our money but there was no way we could of slept in there. Felt unsafe down a back street road.

Very unhelpful staff (Yusuf). Room was crappy but this was not my main issue - I can live with a crappy room given the price. But cleanliness should be a minimum requirement. Broken shower door, water all over that bathroom after a shower. Bedsheet was damp. Extremely difficult to find. GPS brought me to a different named hotel (It was named as Geneva Ceneve Apartment on *********** but it was called Sarajevo Hotel). I kept walking around for ages asking people going round in circles. I was eventually brought by a kind person to the same hotel (Sarajevo). I arrived late afternoon. The very unhelpful person on reception (Yusuf) told me that the hotel had changed it's name some time ago. It was not called the Geneve Ceneve Apartment and no such place actually exists despite that being the advertised name on ***********. When I showed Yusuf the plaque on the wall saying Hotel Geneve, he just shrugged his shoulders and said that was an old name. He denied I had any reservation. I showed him my booking reference, the picture of the room from the confirmation email and the fact I had paid ***********. He said that this could be false/fraud as he could not find me on the system. I was hot, tired and hungry and just wanted to get into the room. I asked for the manager. He said there was no one but him. I told him that the booking had maybe not showed on his system because I had only booked it a few hours earlier. I asked him to let me take the room and I would message the hotel and ***********, and we would sort it out. I told him, I am sure the confirmation would come through. If he was right, and the booking had not been made, then I would pay. I asked him to please let me take the room at least now and I would pay (again) in the evening if the issue had not been resolved by then. He refused, He didn't even apologies that I was having this experience. He suggested I was lying. He refused to let me take a room. I had no alternative to pay again at that moment. His attitude showed no empathy to my situation and he kept dismissing me and returning to watching videos on his mobile phone. I was made to feel very uncomfortable being there because he totally rejected what I was saying. The welcome message from the hotel and the *********** confirmation gave conflicting information - the number and name of was wrong
