Excellent location, close to a lot of luxury and touristic spots, such as Nisantasi & Taksim. The hotel is immaculate, deserves a higher rating. The staff are all professional and helpful especially Mr Selim and Emircan.
I would recommend to families and couples.

Rooms old, shabby, crappy. Bathroom very old and rusty all over. The floor filthy and old too. The buliding was never renovated from scratch. Only new bads and everything else was 100years old and overused. Noise from all the other rooms and from hallway. Breakfast poor and bad coffee too, the least variety.

When checking in the staff (Ahmet & Fateh)denied that our room came with free breakfast and told us it’s 5 Euros for breakfast I thought there might be a mistake happened during my booking after 2 days I checked my booking and found it was with free breakfast and went back to the staff and they told me will check again they came back and told me that I’m right, I asked for compensation for the 2 days and to talk to the manager but they refused both.

Myself and my wife stayed at this hotel previously this is now our 5th time . We wanted to stay central to Nişantaşı place we adore for cultural Turkish food and shopping. We also visit our dentist clinic Tanner which is about 10 minutes walking from hotel . Taksim about 15 minutes walk and I’ve managed to book ticket with help of reception staff at the hotel to Beşiktaş football match. Rooms are immaculate with all fatalities and are kept very clean . Reception staff are very friendly and always with a smile offering to help in any way they can making us feel at home . Sabiha Gökçen Airport about 50 minutes away without traffic however with traffic could take hour and half . We have stayed both front facing rooms and rear facing rooms there is no difference in noice difference as all windows are double glazed and sound proof . There are plenty local restaurants our favourite for breakfast and lunch is Göçmen about 10 minutes walk from hotel . If your thinking of staying here for few nights I would definitely recommend this hotel as it’s very close to popular destinations and very easy to reach by walking . Definitely 5 stars from me and will be coming back soon .

25 ocak ve 1 şubat tarihlerinde bu otelde konakladık.Bu iki tarih arasında 5 gece 6 gün yurtdışındaydık,yurt dışında olduğumuz süre zarfında yorumlara bakarak bu otele güvendiğimiz için aracımızı otelin kapalı otoparkına bıraktık ancak güvenimiz suistimal edilmiştir çünkü 2 şubat sabahı otelden ayrılmadan önce biz yokken,bilgimiz dışında aracımızın 112 km kullanıldığını tespit ettik.hepsi belgeli ve resimleri mevcut.Otel personeli de bu durumu kabul etmiş ve bize mantıklı bir açıklama yapamamışlardır .Güvenimizin suistimal edilmiş olmasından dolayı,tarafımızca hukuki süreç de en kısa zamanda başlatılacaktır.

Excellent accueil, chambre propre et spacieuse, le personnel est disponible et a l'écoute, bien placé a proximité du métro, des bus et des restaurants, la chambre est silencieuse par rapport à d'autres hôtels d'Istanbul. Je recommande fortement.
