I chose this hotel because I wanted to have a bath in a room. But it wasn't worth it. The location is bad. There is nothing really around. Don't expect to have a view.
The room was old and cold. The bathtub was very small. The paint on the walls took off years ago. So I couldn't really relax as I imagined. I think, the hotel wasn't renewed for years..
The breakfast was not worth 500 liras.
Even though it's a 5 star hotel, there was almost no one who could speak English.
I would not recommend staying here.

The hotel is vintage and rooms are old and the furniture seems old.
I was given a room that overlooks parking area, and my colleagues were given rooms that overlooks the garden. When I asked for a garden overlooking room, they said it isnt available.
AC was not cold, and some lights were not working in the room. I went back to reception to let them know of these issues; and they promised of changing the room after half an hour to clean it. I did not receive the room until 2 hours and a half later due to busy staff.
Rooms are clean, and excellent breakfast that has many options.

Terrible noice from the nearby main road. Old and overused linen and bath towels. Old and not well maintained room.

To start off with the customer service was zero for a five star hotel. The waiters and housekeeping were great but the reception staff, door man, spa reception team - all had no hospitality skills. Not even a good morning greeting. The lobby area is pretty and the swimming pool and spa service is good and very clean. The spa lockers are amazing. The pool is a good size and very clean. Salty water though. There are no free drinks not even a water cooler. You have to pay for everything. the breakfast is good. But no fresh orange juice. it’s not a 5 star hotel. I would not recommend it at all. It’s close to a metro station which takes to you anywhere easily so great location. But locally there are not enough shops. 13 to 15 min walk and you will see shops and public. The rooms are ok. Tv is very old. Need to upgrade. Beds are comfortable . The bathroom is like a gutter. Water leaked everyday. Showers stunk like garbage. The housekeeping team walked in once when we were sleeping. Without a knock. We had to scream so they close the door and not enter. Don’t book this hotel. !
