We had a very comfortable stay near the Blue Mosque.
The staff was very kind and the room was clean and tidy. The water area is also clean.
There is a restaurant under the hotel, and I couldn't eat breakfast, but there were many customers every day, and the staff were friendly and cheerful. There was also a small store near the hotel where you could buy restaurants and water.
The kiln-baked pizza shop doydoy's pizza was also available for takeout and was delicious.
The security is also good, so if there is another opportunity, I would definitely like to stay there!

The absolute worst hotel. I have stayed in so many hotels, but I have never seen such a bad hotel. The bedspreads of the hotel have holes in them. There is no electric kettle for drinking water. I went to the front desk and bought a bottle of 1.5L pure water and a small can of Coke. I was charged 50 liras for the dinner I had at their restaurant last night. A crock pot of beef was as much as a small plate at home. There was also a grilled fish, about 4 taels of yellow croaker, and 3 cups of draft beer. They charged me 1,080 liras. This is the most HORRIBLE hotel I've ever been to! NEVER RECOMMEND HIM!!! It's not worth the money I paid for it! There is no bottled water in the room. The staff threw a noisy party in the next room the night before departure. At 2 am!!! I came out and asked for silence, to which they teased me and laughed! The room was dusty and smelled of bleach, as if they wanted to hide something. The towels are full of holes!
Service at the lowest level!!! The fat man at the front desk answered rudely instead of helping.
The hotel does not have spa facilities, don't deceive people! No free bottled water! Minus a million to the karma of this hotel!

All the staff should be fired & the property should be condemned & leveled! Run AWAY from this place!! They were not friendly, didn't want to help or talk to us when we needed assistance; even when I used Google Translate.I asked for a better room & what we were guaranteed by *******, they refused to help. Toilet paper, not simple basics of shampoo & soaps were not supplied! Only given 3 towels for 4 nights for 3 people. Rooms not cleaned daily. Sheets stained. No trash cans in rooms. No dresser/closets in rooms. Birds on roof made noise 24/7. Worst part too is that they made you put in a key to "TURN ON" electricity. Which meant there WAS NO AC at any point when you were gone, so the room was 150 degrees when you entered and took 4 hours to cool down; in addition to the fridge was turned off during that time too - so our food spoiled!!!! Any towels they washed were then put soaking wet over the kitchen chairs where you were to have the free breakfast. So the chair were wet when you sat down. Holes in the walls. Mold on the ceiling. Room smelled like cigarettes

The hotel was quite pathetic,from an indifferent host ,torn linen ,and overly prized rooms to a breakfast in which the -bread got over quickly and the guys didn’t bother to do anything about it. insufficient cutlery and total lack of hospitality added to the fact that it is a highly avoidable experience .

We was whit family there they have so nice hotel and nice clean room we was enjoy time they breakfast was fantastic also if you eat in they restaurant they give you %15 dickont and tea cafe and Turkish baklava free they are so friendly we find our second home in istanbul
