Worst experience ever! Never stay here! The floor boards were broken. The ac and lights would turn off for hours. Extremely rude staff. We travelled with family and all of us had a very bad experience

We had an extremely bad experience with our stay here. First the quality of the place is extremely bad. The floor boards are coming up, the walls has paint coming off and we had our one year old daughter in this place. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else especially if you are going with family. Also the place is at the end of an extremely congested road that required A lot of walking to get to the main attractions. We tried to share our concerns and disappoin**ent with the management and they were extremely rude. Extreme lack of understanding and not willing to move us to a diff room.

Its a clean and cozy hotel in a lovely neighborhood (Sultanahmet) close to Hagia Sophia. I could also see the Blue Mosque and the sea from my room. The staff are really nice, friendly and respectful. The breakfasts made by Sabir were really nice as well! For transportation, you would have a 20 min walk to the nearest Metro station. You could also take taxies, buses and tramva.

The worst night ever Bad food Bad location Bad room Everything is low quality it doesn’t deserve 6 euros per month The bed is very hard The cushions as rocks It was a temporary reservation for on night by another hotel but it was the worst night ever

Quite & a cosy place to stay with family, excilent staff especially Coray was very helpful. The hotel is very close to atteration areas & other locations are 20 to 30mins by walk. You can take tram to Istaklal street which is four station away from the hotel. Restaurants & groceries are nearby.

this hotel is very far from metro the hoyse keeping is very bad they did not even change the bed sheet for 7 days at time of chick out i forget a scarfe in the room when i back for it they said it was not there this hotel has no facility

Başta saygili Koray bey olmak üzere, güleryüzlü Sabır hanıma çok teşekkür ediyorum. İsimlerini hatırlayamadığım diğer personel arkadaşlar beni affetsinler, hepsi saygili ve cana yakın insanlardı. Otelin konumu ve özellikle manzarası inanilmaz. Birçok kez gidilebilecek bir otel. Hersey için çok teşekkür ediyorum.

Staff was very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
Loved the location and old town feel.
