English: This hotel was truly perfect. From the entrance and great welcome to the reception, fast and friendly staff, to the corridors and room. The room was very large, I would say more than double the average in Istanbul and definitely much more expensive than the price paid. Very comfortable bed, with a quality mattress, double pillows and the possibility of choosing others, comfortable kitchenette with fridge and sink, dining table, living area with sofa, armchair, desk and chair for working, double French window that let in a lot of light. Wardrobe with everything you could need, large and small mirrors everywhere, spacious, comfortable bathroom, equipped with everything you need. Very good sound insulation, you couldn't hear anything from the nearby main road. It felt more like a 5-star hotel. Impeccable cleaning every day, the room was full of disposable products that were replaced every day. Varied breakfast, both sweet and savory, with the possibility of ordering what you want separately for free. Small SPA with sauna, Turkish bath and gym on the top floor. Last point, the location: it is about 5 minutes from the M2 Osmanbei, convenient for quickly reaching any point of the city. If you like walking, like me, you can easily reach Taksim and then Eminonu by foot, or the other way through Besiktas and Maska park to Galataport. I am sure that when I return to Istanbul I will not look for any other hotel, this was really perfect. Thank you!

The room is spacious and the staff is friendly. Breakfast can be ordered separately and can be extended to 11:00 on weekends. The location is pretty good, close to the subway station and bus station, and close to Taxim Square. The shortcomings are also obvious. My room is a basic room, facing the office opposite. You can't open the window during the day...the bathroom has no door...the room is a bit dim...the bath towels are a bit shabby...the overall price/performance ratio is average. There are quite a few hotels around, unless the price is cheaper. , probably won’t book again

Renata makes a great impression: a huge room, quiet around, a comfortable bed, an excellent bath and toilet. Delicious breakfast with helpful staff. The receptionist is ready to help with everything. Metro and busy street with shops, metro and exchange offices are three minutes away. Small, cozy, you feel at home in it. Just great. In comparison with other hotels with a similar average (very high!) level of ratings, the hotel is better either in price or in room size. Most often in both respects.

The front desk was dishonest. I arrived at the hotel at 10am after an early flight. The front desk said the room was not ready. I said ok, I would use the lobby's wifi to finish my work and store my luggage. I stayed in the lobby for half an hour and the front desk said the room was ready. I got the room card and went to the room. I always felt that it was smaller than expected. I was just a little dazed when I arrived and didn't look at it carefully. I went to work and went out to eat. Later, I checked their website when I had some time and found that it was obviously wrong. I booked a 52-square-meter premium suite, but the room I was given should be a smaller 40-square-meter business suite (room 103). I also saw someone on tripadvisor saying that the room they were given was not what they booked. It seems that they are a repeat offender. Osmanbey itself is in a good location, with convenient buses and subways. It is close to Nisantasi and is an upscale area, but the price-performance ratio is not worth it. It costs 1k2 for the New Year's Eve, and the breakfast included can only be considered full at most. It is not as good as the breakfast of the 35-euro small hotel I stayed in the old city before. It's not the first time I've been to this hotel and it won't be the last because I'm completely happy with my choice. The location is great, just a 2-minute walk from the Osmanbey metro station and you can reach the most beautiful corners of Istanbul within a short time. The hotel service is top, many thanks to Abdullah for all his efforts to make us happy during our stay. He always had a smile on his face and he always helped us with any questions. The second stop of this trip was Turkey. I moved here after staying near the Blue Mosque for two nights. Although it is not in the city center, the transportation is convenient. The hotel is not near the main street, so it is very quiet. Great service, warm and friendly! The room is spacious and clean!
