Hotel is old and needs renovation. Very friendly staff

Sirin is the worst hotel in Istanbul...every things in the hotel is bad...

I live in an older place but the breakfast is good. The price is relatively good value for money.

Good afternoon I rested and worked in this hotel for 10 days. Convenient location to the metro, bus station and ferries 10 minutes. The hotel is located on a fairly quiet street, you will sleep peacefully at night. But at the same time, the streets with cafes and shops are 5 minutes away. The rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every two days, and the refrigerator is always replenished with drinking water. One window in the room did not close; when contacting the reception, the problem was resolved within two hours, for which I am very grateful; I did not expect such efficiency. Very friendly staff, they help with any questions. Breakfast is served at a nearby hotel around the corner. I highly recommend this hotel.

The worst experience in my life I reserved the standard room, they gave me budget room which was awful Dirty, smelly, sooooo small and they took the same price I booked for 3 nights but i could not even sleep there the first night, they promised me to change it, but after first night they told me they cant give me the room bec i came back at night So i found another hotel and i left from this hell I suggest u dont waste your money and dont make bad memories from your trip
