The air conditioner had a bad smell, the shower was in bad condition , the TV did not work and the smell of tobacco was coming from below

Like....nothing, because I had reservation, and after long trip with my family and after two hour trying to find this hotel in Istanbul ( location is good) I got information that hotel no have empty room, and they dont care....
Hotel looking like from horor movie...DON'T GO!

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and it is small but with great people. They can give all information that you want. Their manager knows only English but other staff knows Russian and English. The hotel is near the Grand Bazaar and Beyait tram station. Also they can help you for HES code.

У нас был оплачен отель в Стамбуле "Tiyatro Hotel Old city" на 11 ночей с 25 июня. В результате после 9-часового перелета с пересадкой мы ночью остались на улице посреди чужого города в чужой стране! Не описать словами какой стресс был у нас и водителя такси. Оказалось, отель уже 2 месяца как закрыт на ремонт. Пришлось срочно искать и оплачивать другой отель. В одном отеле нам нашли номер только на одну ночь, а с утра мы продолжили поиски другого отеля, понесли дополнительные траты, банковские карты россиян здесь не работают. Дозвониться не получилось, робот заставляет нажимать разные кнопки, а потом звонок сбрасывается, по-ватсапу одно и тоже отвечал бот, затем просто закрыл диалог. На электронные письма с прикрепленным подтверждением оплаты и брони, а также фото закрытого отеля, ответа до сих пор нет! Нам продали 11 ночей в неработающем отеле и бросили в чужой стране...

В этом отеле из хорошего только расположение и персонал! Администраторы делали все возможное, чтобы угодить) Номера тесные грязные, постельное белье и полотенца даже трогать не хотелось)) Если в отеле нужно только спать, то норм) В остальных случаях - не стоит рисковать)

Отопления нет! Фото не соответствует! Летали от Анекстур Ростов Семашко. Зная как там, оператор ничего не говорит и нагло обманывает! Заселились с доплатой за собственные деньги в гостинице рядом. Холодно, отопления нет, сплит не работает, фен с открытыми провозами, везде плесень, постельное грязное, мусор и чужая одежда в шкафу.
