We've stayed here for 4 days and have had a wonderful time. The front desk staff are very helpful in their recommendations for food and attractions. We enjoyed a delicious buffet prepared fresh on site by Susan every morning. Outstanding. We stayed in room 204 with a ocean view. Although we had air conditioning in the room, we enjoyed opening the windows fully to enjoy afternoon breezes.

Excellent hotel near the principal attraction of Istanbul, the street around are filled with many restaurant and shop. The room are good for two people, the suite is very impressive. Wifi is in the average for normal use but not for uploading large file. The breakfast is in the average. They arrange for us all the transfer from and to airport and take us checked baggage when why go to goreme. One night in the all area is a heavy blackout but the power backup system provide all energy for the hotel

It was a nice place with a friendly staff who helped us with their advices ranging from attraction, getting around. Nice breakfast and sea view, clean rooms. You can always approach the members of the hotel for anything.

Talking about this hotel, we may say only warm words! Very good location, friendly stuff and tasty breakfasts, cooked by Suzana. From breakfast room balcony you may enjoy beautiful sea view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Thank you Anna and Miriam - very possitive and smiling ladies. Hotel manager Mashalla always helps you by the best way. He knows a lot of interesting facts about Istanbul and history. Just ask him! It was our second time and hope we will come again!

I booked the hotel via *********** by using my debit card. The hotel kept on disturbing me by checking the validity of the cards for securing the no-show scenario. I did contact the hotel via whatsapp and explained multiple times that my card was fine to be charged for any penalties, moreover, I did use another card of my wife so to confirm my booking. But the hotel went ahead and cancelled my booking without my consent. In fact, I did my reservation in December 2022 for ensuring to have the best price and the hotel just simply cancelled my booking online in April 2023, just 15 days prior to my arrival. This is terrible and disappointing. I do not recommend to make your booking with this hotel as there is a high chance you end up being in my position where you just loose your booked room couple of days before your arrival to Istanbul. So, never go for this hotel and try to search for other alternatives!

This is a small hotel situated with few meters from Blue, Mosque & Aya Sophia. Well connected with restaurants and gift shops. The hotel is clean and the staffs are fantastic. Mr MashaAllah was very helpful he extended my check out time and let the bags in his room. Also they serve the breakfast at the top floor with the sea vew. This is a great value for money. I will definitely recommend it.

Очень хороший отель, для своего места нахождения. Рядом рестораны и магазины продуктов. Предлагают трансфер 45 евро, с аэропорта до отеля. Говорят на английском. Сервис - хороший, уборка каждый день, как собственно и принято. Приятные и уважительные менеджеры, готовые помочь в любых ситуациях. Достопримечательности находятся в 300 метрах. Рекомендую для размещения в районе Султанахмет.
