the reception staff was exceptional especially Tunc,
as for the housekeeping i believe they are not as professional as they should be since our kettle was full of nescafe when we checked in.
luckily Tunc was kind and made sure we got a clean one :)

Расположение рядом с автобусами которые едут в аэропорт!Только ради этого стоит выбрать этот отель ,номера чистые ,вода чай кофе приносят в номер ежедневно,завтраки хорошие ,мест посадочных достаточно!Всем довольна !хотела остаться на одну ночь по итого осталась на весь отдых

Daily cleaning and towel changing. Breakfast was poor but meets the price range. Location is perfect, near Taksim square, train and bus station. It was also fairly easy to find coming back, which is a major plus. I will recommend this hotel for a budget trip.
