Very central location within walking distance from major sights in Sultanahmet. Staff are polite and very helpful indeed. Nice reception area where they served you complimentary Turkish coffee and tea. Buffet breakfast selection is not big, but it varies every day and is of good quality. Room is spacious, but dark. Good value for money.

The best hotel in Istanbul for location, service and cleanliness. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. All the staff are fantastic and without them it would not be the same.
They made our stay in Istanbul, don’t hesitate just book it.

I spent one week for spending my holidays at this all inclusive beach hotel.
But a disappointment. I saw the staff at the restaurant bar just poured the used ice from guests' glasses into the ice box, which shocked me. I guess that there are so many guests that the staff was very busy with many beverage orders. But still, I couldn't understand her act. Just absent-minded on hygiene. The hotel even didn't reply my email about this. What a guest relations the hotel has?

The hotel is very warm. The staff is friendly. The location is great. Excellent beds and pillows allowed to sleep well. It seems to be crowded, but it is very quiet. Breakfasts are on the first floor. There were always places. It seems simple, but everything is delicious. The SPA with a pool is what you need after a whole day of walking. The sauna is a normal temperature, in the hammam you need to turn on the hot water and in about five minutes there will be steam. For those who care, please note that there are no batteries or heated towel rails, swimsuits dry for a day. We stayed in A, so I definitely recommend it!
