Twmi çarşaf vermediler. Oda servisi yok. Verdikleri oda köşe oda hiç memnun kalmadım hiç hemde. Banyo 1mt kare içinde ve banyo yapan ı odadaki kişi izliyor. Kat 6 609 numara da kaldım. Yazık cidden

It's dusty and like a hostel
I got bitten by bedbugs and couldn't get a refund
They pass the buck and it's really the best hotel

I don't really care about the service, even though I didn't book breakfast, I was allowed to have breakfast. The staff was very nice and I'm always looking for a place to sleep and shower. The rooms were clean and that was enough for me. I definitely recommend it. It's a good price and it's a 400 meter walk to the subway you lots of options there

Except the location, which was absolutely great, everything else was just average, from cleanliness, breakfast items, room service , always busy the only elevator, the staff didn't know English, the entrance escalator that was always working against my direction 🤣( sometimes up, sometimes down). More importantly, you must be way lucky like us to get a spacious room, otherwise you won't have an easy stay ( some rooms are too small) . Don't count on an inside pool , dirty water with surprisingly gathering of heavy smoker staff in the pool😳 , no changing room,... Thanks to the blue-haired receptionist lady (unfortunately,I have forgotten her name) who was very helpful and friendly and she nicely checked us in and gave us a good room. She was one of the rare guys that I saw in this hotel who was able to speak English fluently. Totally not terrible but average.
