Very, very bad experience, I do not recommend this hotel at all, definitely avoid it. The rooms are very dirty and we had a very unpleasant experience in their spa which is also very dirty. A man who works at the spa came into the sauna and attacked us directly because we put a few drops of mint in the sauna water, and there was no one in the whole spa. We were verbally assaulted, we even considered calling the police. Breakfast is also very poor. Basically, look for any other hotel but this one

The customer service was exceptional, particularly the receptionist, Guven. We encountered difficulties with our previous hotel and were searching for alternative accommodations when we came across the Victory Hotel. Guven promptly checked for availability and even provided a portal to showcase three different rooms, allowing us to make an informed decision. His customer-centric approach was commendable. We had a four-night stay at the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The hotel offered a swimming pool and complimentary breakfast. The hotel staff, particularly Engin, provided exceptional service. Guven is an exemplary representative of this hotel, consistently exceeding expectations in his role. Please extend my gratitude.

Great location, near to hagia sophia, grand bazaar etc. Good place for tourists. Breakfast is excellent with delicious spread,, with verities of cheese.
