Staff are really helpful and welcoming. A special waiter Aleyna was a great service and host:-).. breakfast needs more variety. Rooms are very good and the hotel location is really good if u r coming g for shopping and good outings. I highly recommend the hotel

I’ve been to Turkey many times and this is my first time to stay in your hotel and it was horrible and worst ever. First the bed was full of dust even when i asked them to change it still same. I told them that i suffer from asthma.the next day i told the cleaner again and nothing happened which make me sick all days of my stay also the room service once i asked for ice it took 45 mins !! Just to get ice imagine a five stars hotel with this service. I bought a new white towel i left it above my bag it was not even used i was surprised that the towel disappeared from my room they took it and no one know where it is or who took it

I love this hotel it has a perfect location in the middle of Nişantaşı, i feel like I'm at home away from home, the rooms are very clean and the staff are very friendly they are like a family a special thanks to Mr. Emrah and Mehmet Abi and shoaib and all of them .

this my favourite hotel in Istanbul every year I use to travel on June and October , very happy at this amazing hotel , location perfect, staff very helpful, house keeping perfect, room service food very tasty, I don't think I will never change this hotel.

Aleyna and Cem are the best i ever deal with , helpful , kind, The breakfast is nice experience because of them, They are smiling and welcoming but i face a problem in my suit, the floor has anoisy sound because of parquet we change to another suit but it difficult to change

They had plumbing issue and made my room smell really bad when i told them about it they told me that this issue is common and when u smell the room bad just give us a call and they will solve it . I don’t believe that this issue should be the guest responsibility . And anna the guest relation manger is the rudest

Aleyna offered the best service on the breakfast, she welcomes us every morning with a bright smile. She is always available whenever we ask for assistance. Aleyna took a good care of us during our stay. She is doing a great job as a waiter 👍🏼

Excellent small hotel. Had a room at the top facing inward. Quiet, very clean, elegantly done. Friendly and helpful staff. Comeback anytime. The area is very close to everything around Taksin. Haven’t tried breakfast. Will try to book again next time.
